Great place for any meal. Prices are fair with great service. Been coming here for years. Finally did a review. Great lunch specials. Just had a simple ham and Swiss sandwich with potato soup. Excellent lunch.

One of my three favorite breakfast places in the Tri-Cities. You have to try either the Fisherman’s Wharf omelette or the Bigfoot Chicken Fried Steak!

Great food, great service, and generous portions. I visit this restaurant every time I find myself in the Tri-Cities. The staff and owners are always friendly, and attentive. Plus, they have a couple of big TVs, so hubs and I can watch the game if we are there on a Sunday morning. Brilliant. :)

We’ve frequented this restaurant with the family in the past, but it’s been over a year since I’ve gone out to breakfast anyplace. There was 6 of us(4 adults and 2 children) we went around 10:30 on a Sat. and enjoyed the changes to the dining room: new décor, tables and chairs. We recognized the waiter from times before. He was friendly, careful and attentive keeping up with our coffee refills and other tables, even brought out crayons for the kiddos. The food seemed a little more, but it makes up for it in taste and portion. We ordered some breakfast and lunch items. The pancakes for the Mini and Mega Breakfast were HUGE, fluffy and tasty, all our eggs were cooked correctly and bacon delish. The lunch items included corndogs, cheeseburger and fries and those were hit with the kids and that really says something! I’m not too fond of hash browns cooked in butter so that’s the only thing I would change, but that’s just my preference. We’ll definitely be back! If you want a good, filling breakfast then you’ll have to give this place a try.

Don’t want to step on anyone’s toes(or tatoos). Stopped by, for a change, since we thought, same owner from the original Andy’s across the street, but I guess not, as I found out. Anyway, food was good, service is what I’m commenting on. We walked in and sitted ourselves before other customers who were behind us, but we were waited on last, thought maybe it was abit of discrimination I’m hispanic, my husband white. But I’m sure that wasn’t the case probably because our waiter was a younger person who seemed to know everyone who came in and forgot we were there first. I commented to him, as I’m the type of person who states her own opinions, being a free country and all, said to him that it was nice to be waited on by a non-all tatooed armed person! and he said his was covered, now hold on before you all get upset, I have northing against what you do with your own body, but as a PAYINGCUSTOMER, I believe I have a right to my rights, and that is to be served by someone that is NOT all-armed tatooed! He took our order, seen him talking to an all tatooed arm waitress working behind the counter, when he returned with our coffee, I said to him jokingly that I hoped no one spit on my food because I seen him talking to her and she was looking over at our table! He said he told her that he or one of the other waitresses would wait on our table whenever we came in(which we are not); needless to say, she walked on over to our table with our food and placed it on table, like she was making a statement if we didn’t like it, too bad! I find this kind of behavior to be total disrespect, to me, and after that we didn’t even get asked if we wanted coffee refills! We will remain loyal to the real, original Andy’s across the street where we are always welcomed with respect by waitresses, waiters, and the owner who always comes around to see if everything is ok, when he is there. Sorry we stopped by Andy’s North.:) Just saying, my personal comments.

Pretty good local diner. I love the jam that comes with the english muffin… it’s delicious. The omlettes are pretty darn good too. In the past month I’d say we’ve been here at least 3 times.

This was a solid little diner with some great breakfast choices. The service was prompt and friendly. I had the waffle breakfast and was pleased to find that they had some savory topping choices as well as the typical fruit faire.

I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. Sat there for 15 minutes, and was completly ignored the entire time. Didn’t even receive a menu to look over. Finally left in disgust of the horrible service. Consider this a negative 2 star review.

For the record, this place is now Andy’s North, not Francisco’s. Andy’s Coffee Break across the street bought them out, and they keep both locations open… I don’t get it. Food is ok here, just like Andy’s across the street. Décor is dated but comfortable. Food is ok for diner fare, but I will agree with Nilda it is better than Denny’s. Chef’s seem to have an issue with taking eggs off too early when they are fried. If you want eggs, get an ommlette or get em scrambled. Over hard eggs should NOT have runny whites. Or yolks. Just saying. Prices are fair, staff is super friendly and main reason I have come back here more than once.

On my day-off we usually go here… the food is just okay but I guess its better than Dennys the only thing I dont like about this Resto is their waiter on Sunday Evening… as in he dont want to shut up and as soon as you get there he thought he’s in charge. Last Sunday we just coudnt take it anymore. Theres only one table with 2 person there and we sat down as usual as thats what they say in their door… «Seat yourself». As we were seating waiting for him to give us a menu he told us that we cant sit there cause he just clean that table … I said Good that you clean this table coz this is where we want to sit… and he said we need to move… after that we left… I think thats the best to do. I will still come back as long as he is not the waiter… I will probably avoid his shift… Too bad they were so dead that night and I was planning to give him a good tip.
