This place is quality. Clean and inviting restaurant very similar to your average sit-down Mexican restaurant in the Tri-Cities. It is probably my second favorite spot for Mexican food in town. High quality ingredients and large portions make it worth your visit. The chips and salsa start things off right. Good restaurant style salsa. The food does taste fresh and the beans and cheese seem to be of quality. The chicken that comes in the burritos and enchiladas also taste meaty and not overly saucy. This differentiates it from other local Mexican cuisine. Tapatio enchiladas are where it is at. The name is deceiving because it not based off of the common sauce, but instead on the regional cuisine style(based on my interpretation.) What you can expect is fresh chicken with a warm red sauce baked on the tortilla. It is topped and drizzled with a white cream sauce then sprinkled with fresh oregano. Best enchilada dish in town!

Ordered take out when visiting Pasco. I left for the restaurant right after I called in the order. From phone order until the food was ready took almost 30 minutes. I only had 2 orders. I ordered the chile relleno. It was an omelette sheet wrapped around chile and cheese instead of dipped in egg whites. Very disappointed. They put melted cheese over the top of my tamale. Who does that? Their menu is very misleading. It makes all the entrees very attractive.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in the Tricities. If you like enchiladas you have to try the trio, each one has such good flavor! They have a salsa bar which is always cool. The staff is super friendly and nice. The food is flavorful, authentic, and good every time!

I had the Chorizo nachos and I added rice. It was so cheesy and good. Next time I will add beans to it. It’s a big plate and very satisfying. To drink I had an horchata. The horchata was so good and didn’t have the chalky taste from the cinnamon on the bottom. The service was on point too. I came across three people and they are all friendly and efficient.

Good choice for some quality Mexican food. Service was excellent. Orders were taken quickly, chips were replaced promptly, and drinks stayed filled to the top. And a salsa bar! Who doesn’t love a salsa bar? I went with the arroz con pollo. At first I thought the price, at around $ 15, was a little much. Then I saw the portion size. The portion was huge. I mean really huge. So big you could split it with three people huge. For us, this was the perfect midday business lunch spot, and I would definitely be back for dinner… And another lunch. And probably another dinner.

I’m a big nacho person and this place lived up to there name with there grande nachos, non of that cheap Taco Bell ground beef mystery stuff. All the ingredients were fresh even down to the chips being made there. The portions were so big I couldn’t finish, if your looking for a epic meal time challenge this is it.

Friendly and prompt service. Salsa came in mild and spicy with no requests. I really liked the mild and my husband said the spicy was very good. We ordered shredded pork which was amazing and the tortilla soup which was excellent.

We’ve been going here for years & one thing we’ve learned is the busier they are, the better the service & food. When they’re slow, the food quality isn’t as high & the service is pretty poor. Both quality & service are pretty inconsistent, but even on a bad night we still prefer Hacienda over Fiesta, hands down. The Hacienda Nachos are one of our favorites.

Great service and good selection of food and drinks… The nachos as an appetizer are tasty and a big portion. Just the right amount of cheese and just enough Carne Asada after all is an appetizer. the Manu has mostly meat and shrimp entries since those are the specialty of Hacienda del Sol. In this visit I try camarones portugueses. cook to perfection the crab meat is flavorful and the bacon is crispy. Overall a 9 out of 10! Prices are reasonable and drinks are well made. The restaurant is busy both of my visits so far. I now can say this is a popular spot for sure among locals… Thanks for the great food and service

Really awesome drinks and food here. Service has been rough most of the time(even when they are not busy, which is sad) but when you do get your food it is really good :) I am complaining about the service but it’s not enough to keep me away… Sometimes I contemplate it though.

Best salsa bar in town. Always busy but always good service. Good margaritas. I always get the Carnitas de Peurco. If nothing else check them out for their different salsas. They’re really good.

This is our families favorite mexican restaurant. We have been here more times than I can count. Haven’t had the best service twice but we will keep going back. Their hacienda nachos are my favorite!

For the price, I was really impressed. The servings were big, the flavor was good, and the service was excellent. We ordered for meals for my dinner party, and each of us was happy with our selections– enchiladas, Carnitas, arroz con pollo, and tacos. I would definitely return or make this a regular spot were I to live in the area.

I live in Southern California and when my buddy pulled into here I was hesitant to order Mexican — in Washington, although I was excited we were trying this and not Panda Express! Fortunately, Hacienda Del Sol is better than I anticipated. Much better. And, if you have an appetite you’ll be impressed. Their serving size is out of this world! Some of the largest portions I’ve ever seen, for a more than fair price. While I haven’t been to any other Mexican in the Tri Cities area the enchiladas, tacos and quesadilla we had here did impress. Sure, it’s not top-quality, amazing Mexican, but when it comes to average, nothing to complain about food, this place hits the spot and delivers good, friendly service. Try their guacamole, too, it’s worth an order. Note: their quesadilla is larger than life!

It merits its 3 star rating. Servers are nice and quick, place is clean, food is presented well. I ordered the enchiladas trio which is 3 sauces on 3 different tortillas. Mole is above average but the green and white sauces are bland along with the chicken and shredded beef. Had a sopita on the side it was hard as a rock. Basically I wish the workers here had a better product to serve to go along with their quality service. Meh…
