No hostess working when I arrived, 5 min wait before anyone saw I was waiting to be seated. Waitress/server never checked back after bringing out food until she noticed I was waiting for my check. Eggs were brought out undercooked, hash browns and sausage both very greasy but Swedish pancakes were done right.

Horrible. I know it’s IHop, my expectations are not high but even pancakes can be prepared and served with care. I ordered Swedish crepes which are supposed to come with creamy lingonberry butter and some jammy topping. Mine came doused with some sort of oil that tasted like used fryer oil — there was no creamy anything. Inedible. Sticky tables and loud dining room round out a wretched experience.

Service was horrible. When i went to pay the manager on duty didn’t know how to run the register. The food was horrible the use cheap ingredients but charge high prices. Won’t return to this location

Absolutely one of our favorite places to go for breakfast. We all have our favorites as they are reliably tasty. The guys love the Denver Omelette, I usually order the fruit and waffle specials they have, my daughter loves nutella crepes or an omelette. The OJ carafe is nice to have at the table for the four of us. The staff is usually fast, friendly and well organized.

Absolutely horrible food! Waffles were so hsrd couldn’t even bite them. The hashbrowns way too crispy. I guess if you like a cook that over cooks your food and serves with no flavor. Ihop is the place to go. I’ll never go back.

Three dollars for a glass of o. j??? Hmm. But the waffles keep me coming back on occasion.

I have been here many times for breakfast with friends. Today the waitress took over five minutes to get our drink order. No one brought us water in that time. I sat waiting for a refill for ten minutes and when my order finally came, she hadn’t listened to what I said so one item was wrong. I was not impressed with my visit today. It’s always very loud. They don’t like seating too many people at once so despite a more than half empty restaurant there are many people waiting to be seated.

I do not know how you can ruin a t-bone steak but the cook did not just one steak but 2. Asked for medium cooked steaks and got leather did not eat them and all they took off 1 steak. Bad also was the service saw are server only 3 time to take order and to deliver it and then for Bill.

They have pancakes. They have cruddy service. Welcome to any IHOP in the country… and now please enjoy your endless pancakes.

International House of Pancakes has a long history. The new locations have gotten away from the quaint A frame architecture, which is kinda sad. I like character, and the new locations look like pretty much any other place, which takes the fun out of going out. Places like the diner shaped like a milk bottle featured in Benny and Joon(which is located in Spokane and still going) are more fun. Anyway… I am not usually a pancake fan, unless I go out, because most people tend to make them too thick and don’t cook them long enough. So when you get towards the middle you get doughy yuck. Fortunately, IHOP perfected their pancake technique long ago. I have already deducted a star for lack of atmosphere. I took another off because overall I think they charge too much. The last star I took off because of inattentive and indifferent service at this location. We hardly saw our server the whole time we were here, and it wasn’t that busy. And the attitude I got from her… well, I think I am going to buy the girl a t shirt that says«Yeah, whatevah…» I will say my food and my sons’ food was good, and this location was very clean. May update if server personality improves

«Meh. I’ve experienced better» pretty much sums up my experience at IHOP. I’ve been there countless times, each time just as «meh» as the last. In all honesty, I don’t like it that much. Sure, it’s hard to screw up bacon, eggs and pancakes, but there’s something so generic to the food that it borders on being unappetizing. And I’m not a food snob! Also, like most chain places today, the food sits like a rock. You get full, but it’s at the expense of feeling«off» for the rest of the day. Service is usually fine, but the prices are a tad high depending on what you get. The«regular» non-breakfast food is really bad. It just doesn’t taste good, or interesting in any respect. For instance, on my last visit I got a «Philly Cheese steak Stacker» Good grief that was one of the worst things I have ever eaten! I turned out to be a «Philly MISTAKE»!!(Heh, heh, heh. Please laugh at my horrible pun, it fulfills me) It was literally 80% fat and cartilage. It was a mess of nastiness! I don’t think I’ll go back after that. Here’s my advice, if you want breakfast, go to Cousins, Andy’s, or Magill’s. If you want non-breakfast food, go anywhere but here! It just ain’t worth it! Almost anything is better than IHOP.

i love that IHOP has a «lite» menu for those of us with a little junk in the trunk AND tryin to do something about it :) I also love that they have hazelnut creamer instead of the boring stuff… good service… sugar free syrup for the amazing pancakes :)

Had a decent breakfast here. Had the special which had your basics(bacon, sausage, hash browns, and eggs), plus your choice of something sweet. I had the strawberry crêpe. The breakfast was good. The crêpe was nice, but it was really rich and a bit too much for me. This is a decent place to go for breakfast if your want something above Denny’s and Shari’s.
