Generally the business lacks customer service, we’ve had the mail of others in our mailbox multiple times, and worry that our mail has been misdirected too. Alcohol shipments cannot be signed for by the under 21 employee in the mornings which means it bouncing around all day in the UPS truck.
We have been customers for over a year now but will probably switch to another business mailbox service next time our renewal is up.
