So I started going here because it was the closest to me. The first time I dropped off my dress shirts, they came back a little wrinkled, not a big deal but still, what’s the point going if they are wrinkled. I took a break from them and then went back to retry their services after a few months, the first time back my shirts were fine, but the second time around I took them 3 brand new shirts and now they all have a square line slightly burnt into the chest area. It’s not too noticeable by others, but I can see them and once I point it out then everyone sees them. These were brand new shirts and it seems like their iron was on too hot as they pressed them or they ironed them on the edge of a table or something. I’m never going back here and I recommend you go elsewhere too. My old place is a million times nicer than this place, it’s just a bit of a drive but I’m thinking it’s worth it to save my shirts. This place could probably still be okay for like blankets or crap you don’t care about…

I been going to this cleaners for years, and disappointed to see the service continue to decline. I had a jacket altered and thought the sewing was nice the alteration was not close to what I requested, including making the sleeve too short and couldn’t be corrected. Most recently, I forgot to pick up a blanket they repaired. After receiving a reminder phone call, I went to pick it up and they have since given it away. I know it was in me that I forgot the blanket but when I stopped by to pick it up, he lacked any empathy or a simple apology that they had given it away. Guess I need to find a new dry cleaner.

I just moved to the Tri-Cities area in December and have to say it is awesome to have a place to take my pants and polo shirts again. After spending a few years having to do all my own laundry I am grateful for Hometown Cleaners…

We’ve been using this cleaners after switching from another because the customer service was cold. This family owned and operated cleaners is friendly and prices fair. I’ve had several suits altered, lining sewn in, hemmed, and dry cleaned. We’ve had many shirts, dresses, etc. dry cleaned now and it comes out great. So glad they are friendly too. A genuine smile goes a long way these days.

So my husband picked this place to be our local dry cleaners while I was out of town. It is relatively close to our house and quickly took care of his overnight request. I continue to frequent this cleaner and wow, are they amazing. My most recent jaw dropping moment of amazement was just yesterday when I took in a HUGE curtain to have it cleaned. Expecting to pay over $ 40 bucks I inquired on the price. Both the owners came out, gave the curtain a once over, made a few clicks in the computer and informed me that my curtain will be ready in four days at the price of $ 16.50!!! I had to ask them twice to make sure I hadn’t heard them wrong. Everything about this place is wonderful! The staff, the great location, prices, how nice my clothes are returned, even the free lint remover I got at Christmas :)

Hometown Cleaners is a local, family owned and operated dry cleaners. We use them extensively and have always been satisfied. I travel a lot and they are always good about getting my stuff back to me. I had $ 15 in a pair of pants that they returned to me. How many cleaners do that? My wife had a pair of jeans hemmed, but they made them too short. They replaced them. This is one of the few places thsy take customer service seriously. We have used several cleaners and this is the one we keep coming back to.
