Good food but the servers can be hard to find when you need something. They didn’t check back with us to see if we needed anything.

I love this place for breakfast! Their portions are huge, it’s inexpensive, the atmosphere is quirky and grungy but still professional. Every time I’ve come, its the same 5 – 6 waiters/waitresses, which is really appealing. Their orange french toast is to die for!

We went for Mother’s Day breakfast. They were very busy and there was a long wait after ordering, but the food was worth the wait. The wait staff were friendly and attentive.

Nice people and the best hash browns I have ever had. Seriously, other places have a lot to learn. When I asked the cooks what the secret was they said«the drugs». Funky interior, breakfast until 2:30PM then they close. Expect a line to get seated, its worth it. Update: Breakfast til 11AM weekdays, 1:00 weekends. Then they have a lunch menu til 2:30.

Pffffffft. I am basing this rating off of our last experience there, as we won’t be back. Cannot understand why this place is getting all the 5 stars. We ate here once before, and I would have given that time a 3 star rating at best. We went back, #1, because we always like to try places twice before making a consensus of what we think of them, and #2, because my wife liked the Kielbasa or whatever kind of sausage she’d had the previous visit. The food is like any other, average, hole-in-the-wall, with average food. Nothing is particularly special, imaginative, or unique. It’s just… breakfast. We got there, 20 minute wait, no big deal, to be expected on a late Sunday morn when breakfast places are full with church people. So, wifey wanted to have a bloody mary, and thus I decided to have a glass of wine. Nope, no wine, hard liq’s only. No big deal. OK, please go ahead and give me a mai tai. Nope, we don’t do mai tai’s, you can only order one of the 10 drinks you see on the menu. Hmmmm, OK, strange, I see you have everything here to make me a mai tai, but either don’t want to make it or don’t know how. Fine, I ordered what was basically a hard strawberry mimosa(but they called it something else). They forgot to make it strawberry. Oh well. The only reason they got 2 stars versus 1 is the drink… b/c if you want a STIFF drink, wowza. My wife was excessively buzzed after one bloody mary. And that caused me to get lucky mid-day when we got home, hence the extra star, lol. But, upon ordering food, the waitress, an older lady apparently already annoyed I tried to order off menu by asking for mai tai, wasn’t into making us feel particularly welcome. No small talk, just, «What can I get ya?» I ordered and asked for my hashbrowns extra crispy. She told us that their cooks don’t make special orders and if I wanted crispy hashbrowns we would have to wait an hour for our food. Are you freaking kidding me? No more than 15 – 20 tables combined inside and out, and for crispy hashbrowns that requires minutes extra on the grill, an **hour**??? Wow, lmao. She said the hashbrowns are«more crispy than most places anyway» They weren’t. They were mushy. But, at least the biscuits and gravy would make up for it, right? Nope. Warm, not hot, and seriously, maybe 3 or 4 tiny pieces of sausage. It was like calling yourself a professional baseball player because you’ve been to a Mariner’s game. Not much sausage in the sausage gravy at all. The time we came before, the younger gal got the kielbasa/sausage we ordered well-done, but this older gal did not give 2 flying flips about«serving» us and the kielbasa was not well-done at all. I normally tip 20%-25% since I waited tables for years. I tipped 15% as I typically do for bad service, and we were on our way. Seriously, why in the hell go to a place who makes zero, none, nada, zilch effort? Boooooooo. Won’t return.

So yummy! Our waitress was so sweet once she warmed up to us. :) I got the Country Breakfast, so anyone who’s a biscuits and gravy fan should definitely get that! They’re selection of omelettes was wide, so you have a lot to choose from along with the other types of breakfast foods! Definitely a come again!

Best greasy spoon diner I’ve ever been to. Hash browns are incredibly crispy, pancakes are huge, and chicken fried steak is thick and never soggy. The wait can be a pain but it’s worth it.

You’ll get a darn good burger and club here and best fries in town. That’s really all I eat here. My employee at Anything Grows and I eat the same thing. One club, 2 potatoes :)

Most authentic breakfast place in town. It’s definitely not fancy, but it is DELICIOUS. Get the Chipotle Eggs Benedict. Had it for the first time yesterday and it was the best thing I’ve had there yet. Also great: biscuits and gravy. Mimosas and bloody Mary’s are huge and well priced. I’ve always had great service — be nice to them and they’ll be nice to you! It’s a hole in the wall quirky place, and I love it!

To the waitress working on Wednesday January 5 at around 11:10AM. I didn’t catch your name. But I will tell you this, I will NEVER come back to Sage Port Grille because of you. When my family of 4 came in & we very politely asked you if you could still serve breakfast.(Because it was only 10 minutes past) Your rude comeback of «Nope!» Was ridiculous. When we walked in we wanted to see a smiling face & a «how’s it going?» Maybe? We did not receive one shrivel of acceptable customer service from you. Your smug face and rotten attitude are burned into my brain. The food at this place is great, and I love the Eggs Benedict. But great customer service will bring me back MUCH quicker than good food will. Because I will not be back.

Great place! I love breakfast, so I try as many spots as possible. Had the corned beef hash omelet. very good! And it came with pancakes, french toast or hash browns. And since I was getting potatoes in my omelet I got the french toast which was excellent! Coffee was better than most and service was extremely friendly!!! I’ll be back.

I read the reviews and came knowing that a place which may or may not have good service could still get 4 stars — so the food MUST be that good. It totally was! I got a Chile con Carne omelette, my adult kids got meat lovers omelettes, and my husband got the mushroom onion Swiss omelette. You can choose to have their French toast as their side and OMG this is the best restaurant made French toast ever. It didn’t even need syrup! And as for the service, we were served quickly and politely. They came and checked on us several times and my cup of coffee never went empty. So I’m not sure what others experienced but today’s service was excellent. If I’m back in town, I’ll be back here!

Fun place for breakfast — and perhaps lunch. Eclectic motorcycle themed décor with witty banter to read, populating the walls, to pass the time. I had the Chinese pancake which is a huge pour of batter on top of an egg sprinkled with meat. A friendly group of servers!

Soooooo goooooood… I’ve had homemade corned beef hash whose texture I have preferred, but the flavor of the hash here is the best I’ve ever had. I could taste the spices that the used when they cooked the brisket. The orange french toast(with added strawberries and whipped cream) were excellent. I got them done on the griddle, but they also offer them deep fried. I would have loved about 3x the whipped cream but I’m a glutton when it comes to toppings. Will you wait for your order? Probably – I did, and it seems like a theme with other reviewers. So know that ahead of time and if you’re dining solo, bring some entertainment(smart phone, tablet…) Also, since Unilocal inexplicably asks if a restaurant is good for groups but doesn’t ask about solo dining – yes, solo works well here. I got immediate seating at the 5 stool bar.

Came in with 7 people expecting to wait a long time. Waitress told me they don’t have a table for 7 people. When I pointed out 3 large tables that would fit. She told me it would be 30min wait to sit & another 30 till we got our food. I told her that was fine and we had no problem waiting. She followed up with«yeah.no» I asked if her if they wanted our business and that we are willing to wait. She finally changed her attitude when the whole restaurant heard me ask nicely if they wanted our business. Sage port is known for being rude. This was probably my third bad encounter with their service. They get away with it because Tri-Cities doesn’t have hardly any breakfast place. Their food is greasy diner food. They would fail instantly with competition. I’m a huge advocate for small businesses but this is one I can’t get behind.
