Was at drive trough 30 min and they still managed to get my drink wrong. Huh!!! I guess starbucks quality is going down the drain.

I think I repeated my order at least 5 times before the window gal got it right. She seemed overwhelmed. I made light chat… no, she was not new. She’s been working there for a while. When my panini arrived, it was schmussed and luke warm. I’ll go back again simply because it’s Starbucks… but this is not the best Starbucks I’ve encountered.

I did not use the drive thru. Great bathroom stop, fueled up on caffeine and left. The line here actually moved very quickly, both drinks I ordered they made perfectly. Temperature and flavor balance was spot on! Thanks.

Great customer service experience. The sandy blonde haired lady helped us and she was extremely nice!

I just visited this Starbucks and unfortunately their customer service was not up to the company’s normal standards. After waiting 15 minutes for one spinach feta wrap and two breakfast sandwiches(no drinks) and watching 6 customers who were in line behind me receive their food I finally notified Kelsey that we were waiting for another breakfast sandwich and she asked which kind and I explained that I did not specify nor did the cashier ask me which kind when I simply said I’ll have two breakfast sandwiches. Instead of Kelsey apologizing for her team’s mistake and the long wait she decided to deliver a condescending tone with an attitude and five minutes later handed my last breakfast sandwich to another team member to give it to me again without even the shortest«thanks for waiting» or «sorry for our mistake» gesture. Based on this experience I will not be returning to this Starbucks and I encourage the team to focus on these customer service fundamentals.

Pretty great Wi-Fi here. The main reason I came in. perfect time to come in is on a Saturday at 5pm. No one is here! Getting some work done. Got a chocolate chip frappucino and it was lovely.

We were staying in the hotel just walking distance from here, Best Western Plus Black Oak. We wanted a little bit of Starbucks as our breakfast treat. So cute, there was this old cat, Jr., I read his collar tag, walking around outside. I got my kitty fix with a few pets. The store inside is not too big, but big enough for some people to sit down read or bring a laptop. Also! This location offers a 24⁄7 drive thru outside. Whoa! Great for the travelers on 101. I didn’t have any issues with my drink or the service. And if in the area would for sure come back.

Disorganized horrible service longest wait I have ever had for a hot tea. Waited to order a while then had to wait long time for beverage. Yet someone came in after me ordered a brewed coffee and received it first. I asked what about my tea and was told they had to do the drinks in order. A hot tea is a tea bag and hot water… you can get that from the brewed coffee area so why didn’t the brewed coffee person have to wait?

Came to use my gift card and they almost wouldn’t take it! They had the worst attitude and I could over hear the manager tell the cashier not to take those gift cards anymore Which I thought was very odd since it was something I paid for on groupon. So it was legit and not fake. Drinks were good but service makes me not wanting to come back to this location. And the parking lot is horrible! Much too small and hard to maneuver.

Worst attitude EVER by a Starbucks employee at the drive thru this morning off the 101 and 46 east. Makes me never want to go back there again. RUDE

This Starbucks can be kind of hectic with a lot of families coming through here during the day(I don’t know why people buy their kids Starbucks beverages, but it is not my place to judge.) However there is one barista who consistently reaches out to make a connection… Emily Hawley… her talents as a barista are apparent, her wit and sarcasm are welcome and she makes the experience at Starbucks wonderful!

I’ve been to many Starbucks across CA and never have I seen such terrible service. They weren’t paying attention to me in the drive thru as I ordered and had to repeat my order 3 times before they got it right. I pulled up to the window and tried to pay with my Starbucks punch card and they refused it. So I had to use my credit card when I had earned a free drink. The lady then gave me my drink without a straw and when she didn’t return to the window I drove around to the front. Upon entering I walked up to the counter and had to wait 2 min for the baristas to finish their conversation to ask for a straw. She got my straw, she tossed it across the counter at me and continued the conversation with her coworker. So RUDE!

Just visited this location for a Trenta black ice tea sweetened and the tea was so bitter and there was no sweetener and it went to the drive-through and was on my way to work so I did not have time to go back and have it corrected thanks. Usually this location is spot on for as busy as they are

Poor service all the way around. I am not too technical about my order – iced tea, no water(yes, that’s a thing, otherwise they water down the tea), extra ice. Other Starbucks get it or they put the tea in the next size cup to accommodate a lot of extra ice, or they simply add a little extra ice. This Starbucks pack the cup so full they barely get tea in it or a lid on it. Just rediculous, has happened a few times. They also add sweeter more times than not even tho I say no thank you when they ask… it’s convenient but I guess it is a better deal to go around the corner and pay $ 1 @ McDonalds!

Why in the HELL does Starbucks continue to force everyone to order small, med, large drinks their unique way? It’s so irritating. «I’d like a large soy latte» and response, «A Vente?» And me, «I guess… I don’t know!» And the cashier got very frosty after that. Come the«F» on people! Let it go already!

So I don’t know what it is about this place, but this is the third time I’ve stopped by here and ordered a mocha on my way back to the valley. Each time it’s tasted like watered down hot chocolate out of a vending machine. I don’t get it.

This Starbucks is well run but has two problem. One is a tiny parking lot when shared with a popular sit down pizza joint. I had to park 3 blocks away and Starbucks wasn’t near capacity(should say very popular pizza joint). Second, they didn’t ask for my name and didn’t use names. I have a pet peeve about this since the corporate level makes a big deal about it.

This place has some seriously bad reviews. Luckily, this isn’t one of them. However, just a warning: the parking lot really sucks. It’s small, cramped, and can be full of tourists with oversized vehicles and trailers during the summer months. It can be tough to find parking, but that’s no fault of the Starbucks. In fact, their baristas were quite pleasant. We utilized the drive through on a Sunday afternoon. It was completely empty, which was a first at any Starbucks in my lifetime. It took less than 5 minutes total to order and receive our items. Everything was just as ordered. Efficient and pleasant service makes this a decent Starbucks stop in my book.
