Berry Good Yogurt Cafe

I’m not very good at checking times before heading out. I actually was on my way to Bobbique in Patchogue Village, but didn’t know they opened at 2pm on Sunday’s. So we made a detour to Berry Good Yogurt to wait a little. Very nice place with a modern look. They play great music to add. There was only one employee working, but there was no one in the place so I guess it was ok. She let us sample but she served it to use. At 16 Handles you can sample on your own. I went with the Cookie and Cream and then added toppings. Anyone who has done FROYO knows that’s the best part. I wanted to try the hot fudge because I never do and when I did I liked it a lot. I paid already so I asked nicely if it was ok if I add some more. Key word, «I asked» she said «just a little» and that’s what I did. She went to the back but before she went she took the fudge with her. Really! If I asked it was because I wanted permission, I’m not getting in trouble trying to sneak two extra squeezes on my FROYO! When she came back out she put it back. I was completely offended. I don’t like confrontation so I took to Unilocal to voice my anger. Her actions cost her repeat business. I don’t think she cared though. But when consumers come and buy what your selling you’re able to have a job and get paid. I gave 3 stars because the FROYO was good, I’m honest, but my experience will keep me away.

Grandkids love this place, always take them here when they want icecream. Bit pricey though.

WORST FROYO EVER!
Artificial, sour, disgusting. I literally just drove 10 miles west to get the heck away from this place and somewhere better.
The toppings were stale, every flavor yogurt was sour, weather it was artificially flavored or bland, that lingering champagne burn from when things turn was outrageously prominent in every sample we tried. There were a few flavors that sounded cool and I wouldn’t go near them the yogurt base is that awful.
I guess moms don’t care as long as their bratty children like it and think the place is fun–
It seems fun but it’s garbage.
Please spare yourself, I honestly hope this place shuts down and something better takes its place. SOON.

Lots of great choices. Very clean and beautiful. Helpful workers. Good find on Unilocal.Not much else to say but my review has to be longer. Lol

Perfect location and easy parking right behind it. The red head girl who works there is very sweet. The whole staff really is.
Place is always clean and organized and they even have truffles and other desserts available for purchase.
They have a good mobile coupon/​discount service. It isn’t too often but every now and then I’ll get a 20% off coupon.
Wish they changed the variety of flavors, like yogurt crazy does, but nonetheless, it’s still enjoyable.

Yummy desserts and the staff is always friendly and attentive– which is saying a lot considering most of them barley look a day over 16. Only annoying thing is asking for a sample cup. I understand some people may get out of control with one, but I’d appreciate being able to get my own sample and not have the staff watch me like a hawk while I taste test

The selection is pretty good but this is not anything better than any other fro yo places that have sprung up all over LI. I wish they had that warm chocolate crunch stuff the places in NYC have…

Loved this place!!! Searched for frozen yogurt for after dinner treat while in the area. So impressed. Asked if it was a chain, the employee told me no it was independently owned. And froyo was absolutely delish! So many great flavors. Definitely a must!

I love going here. Impeccably clean, great choices, delicious yogurt and toppings, and most of all– lovely staff. I try a new flavor each time. Will try the Italian pastries next time. Was told by the night manager, Heather, that they come in from Brooklyn. Would much rather have dessert here than immediately after a meal in a restaurant!

Today was my first time there and i was impressed! The place is VERY clean and neat, the staff was very friendly and the yogurt was good and refreshing. The serving set-​up is pretty neat and the toppings for your yogurt is more than you’d expect.
Stop by… good hours and berry good yogurt (couldn’t help myself). I’d give it a 5-​star but it’s my first time in a yogurt shop.

This place is great… especially when you’re having a bad day! The girls are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing and the yogurt is divine. I’m there nearly every day!

This place is great! I go to a lot of yogurt places and this one surpasses them all. The décor is amazing, it is super clean and the toppings are always fresh. There is tons of variety and a great party room
