So, this was a provided lodging when I recently traveled to the area on business. I was for some reason expecting this place to be crappy. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and roomy. The kitchenette was large as was the vanity area. The only complaint is that the bathtub and toilet are smashed into a tiny closet-other than that it was huge-with vaulted ceilings. The sheets were clean and the pillows pretty freaking comfy. I actually got a good quality sleep. Other things to note-it’s within walking distance of the NEX and Commissary, so you wouldn’t even need to drive to get anything needed.

The price is right, rooms are in good condition albeit a bit tight(I can’t roll back from the desk without hitting one of the Queen sized beds), and the staff is super friendly. While the kitchenette is barely the size of a reach-in closet it’s well laid out with a cooktop, microwave, small fridge and all a few cabinets with all the plates, cups, silverware and pots/pans one might need to cook & serve a small meal. The ‘continental breakfast’ is barely that though: it consists of coffee, some 4 oz juice containers, and prepackaged honeybuns and nutrigrain breakfast bars. That’s it. Fortunately this Lodge is conveniently located right across the street from the Exchange, Commissary, and Gas Station.

Very nice and clean room for the price. Nicer then some other base hotels my husband or I have seen.
