I can confidently say that this is my favorite pizza shop within Dutchess County and Putnam County area. They should really open up a shop in Westchester, I think they could do very well. One of my biggest pet peeves for pizza is a soggy crust. That aspect alone can ruin a perfectly great pizza. These guys have the perfect crispy snap in half crust that I love. Every time I grab a slice here, the crust is consistently cooked to perfection. My favorite slices are the sausage and pepper and the ranch, bacon and potato. They lay the toppings on thick, but not thick enough to ruin it. The place is pretty small and there aren’t too many places to sit. They have around 4 – 5 tables inside and a couple outside. The staff isn’t super friendly, but certainly not rude. A slice and a soda will set you back around $ 6 or so, not bad for a great quality pie.

To all the people that gave this place a bad review, you must be insane. I’ve been going to this place for around 10 years, because their pizza is the best around, by far. If you don’t like this pizza you must like store bought or you just have no clue what real pizza is. They always have a good variety available and if you want something you don’t see, ask, I’m sure they will make it for you. They have a Bacon Ranch pizza that is a special pizza they make only once in a while, It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had, I call sometimes to see if they have any. My husband loves their sausage and pepperoni pizza, the sausages are made in house and are some of the best sausages you’ll ever taste, I wish they would sell them separately. I’ve never seen anyone be rude to a customer any time I was there, and I go there a lot. They have always been super nice to me and anyone I have with me, I talk with them all the time, about anything and everything, they’re like family. If they came across rude to you, you must be thin skinned or think you’re better than everybody, because they are some of the nicest people I’ve come across. There’s a reason they’ve been around for almost 20 years, and in a place where there is almost 10 pizza places in a 8 mile radius. The other’s should just go away because they really can’t compare. If I move away from NY I will have to have them ship me pies in the mail because I will miss their pizza that much. Great place with great people… and no I don’t work there, but i wish I could live there, I would be 500 pounds from the great food !!!

i have been eating at pizzeria’s for about forty years and have never had an experience like this. I walked in with my wife a children and noticed no pizza on the shelves. My kids grabbed their drinks and met us at the counter. The woman and a man making the pizza did not acknowledge us. A few minutes later a young man asked if he could help us. We asked if we could order slices. let it be known it was 5:45 p. m, dinner time. He said their was none to sell. We asked if then we could order a pie. He said they were backed up and it would be 45 minutes .Two people in the store waiting for their order. At this time the male making the pizza turned around, wow he speaks, and said NO, 1 hour. i said“really, i can’t believe that”. I told my kids to put the drinks back and we left .How this place is in business is a mystery. Now that i read other people’s comments about this place i can fully understand. Will never step foot in this place again. Then again, that probably would make them happy. Would like to give it a minus one star, But Unilocal won’t allow it.

Well I can’t recommend this place either. After being told by a friend about how wonderful this place was we decided to make a detour to Pawling on our way home, to get one of these delicious pies. It took us a while to find it and when we got there we walked through the door. There was a guy at the counter standing there, and I said«wow, we’ve heard a lot of good things about this place,» only to receive a catatonic stare in reply. We stood by the counter, there was one guy making a pizza and a woman looking at us. We were looking around and there was only one unimpressive pizza sitting there. I picked up a menu, continued to stand there with no engagement from any of the three employees. I looked at my husband and we decided after knowing nothing about this place and what to order that we would just leave. As we walked out, I said«well I guess no one wants to help us here» the kid at the front says«I’m helping someone else»(who came in after us) and I said«well it would have been nice to have just received a hello upon walking in the door. Mr making the pizza guy says«OPENUPYOUROWNRESTAURANTANDRUNITTHEWAYYOUWANT.» Talk about rude, we never ate here and we never will! I honestly could not believe it.

I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone, I have never encountered more rude people in my life in the service industry. They clearly do not know how to run a business and talk to human beings. I called and the idiot guy that picked up the phone was beyond rude. I asked for one of the specialty pizzas and asked if I could have it without one of the toppings. He said«that’s not how it works.» So I said, ok, well I’m really not understanding what the issue is since I’ve done this before, and he replies, «you know what, we’re closing soon.» Absolutely horrendous behavior. I have bought pizza there every week for the past year and have looked past the lack of hospitality, but after this, I will NEVER go back.

This place is named perfectly. They are absolutely the stereotypical new yorkers– rude and unfriendly. If I was just going to rate the pizza, they would get 5 stars. It is the best pizza outside nyc. Unfortunately the staff is so rude, it ruins the place. They obviously know they have a great product and dont see the need to be the least bit civil with their customers, assuming the food will keep people coming back. That may be so, but not me. I gave them 4 tries, hoping I was just there on a bad day. In the future, I will settle for a pizza place that is not as good but the staff act as though they appreciate my business, not like I owe them something.

Amazing!!! The sweet and spicy chicken with bell peppers and scallions is my favorite one and my second favorite is the Caribbean chicken. They are all phenomenal though. I can’t wait to have it again. It’s a must have!!!

Their pizza is the best pizza in Pawling — hands down. These«Three Guys from The Bronx» really know their pizza and food.

Stopped here before grocery shopping. Good food. I had the garden salad, happy to see real lettuce and not iceberg like a lot I places like to serve. I had grilled chicken on top and it looked delicious but was a little lacking in flavor, salt an pepper would make all the difference. My husband had the chicken club and loved it. It was so big he only was able to eat half. The woman who took our order and brought us our good was very friendly. Will have to try their pizza next time.

My favorite Pizza in Pawling. Blows all pizza away in this area. I am from the Bronx and the pizza here is equivalent to the best in the Bronx. I refuse to eat Pizza anywhere else in this area.

Great pizza for this area. Not much around here and their pizza is thin, and not undercooked like most places. I love their chicken bacon ranch pie.

Grumpy Lady, not what you would expect from a Bronx Pizzeria… Pizza ok. Didn’t see the three guys. Maybe just a bad time of the day.

I moved here from the Bronx a few years ago and in my opinion the Bronx has the best Pizza in the 5 Boroughs. So Pizza up here was always a gamble. In Pawling 3 Guys has the best Pizza in the area hands down. I don’t go for the fancy slices just fresh Personal Pie with no toppings. Other Pizza in Pawling is bad.

Pizza was ok and cold because I looked up address on Unilocal and google-both incorrect! I called to get directions and the owner refused to give me the address after telling me he googles it all the time, so it is correct. After pleading with him and informing him that I had two pies waiting to be picked up, he gave me a different address than listed here. He gave me an excuse about taxi drivers when I arrived-not impressed! I surely don’t sound like a taxi driver on the phone;). Would have been a nice gesture to reheat the pies or give me one for free. Won’t be returning!

Delicious food! Pizza was tasty, crust was perfect. Fresh salad with delicious grilled chicken. Not the meanest but not the most friendliest. Would definitely eat there again.

3 Guys From the Bronx may be more accurately named«1 Guy and 1 Really Tough Looking Lady from Zagreb». Whatever non-Italian place they are from, these folks knock out a mean pie. General issue New York style pizza with fresh ingredients, good sauce, perfect crust.(Speaking of perfect crust, I saw that matriarch nip off a piece of the raw dough as the pie went into the oven to make sure it tasted just right). Many off-beat creations as well, like a Buffalo Chicken pizza. Everything is available by the slice. Not fancy so don’t worry if you do not have a dinner jacket available. Yum!
