All McDonald’s are supposed to be close to equal, right?
All McDonald’s should have comparable quality of food, right?
All McDonald’s are supposed to have pricing that is similar to other stores in the area, right?
All McDonald’s should be clean, especially to the customer and not have greasy foods that the employees slide around on behind the counter?
I thought so as well but after paying $ 14+ for food that is normally around $ 10 I was not happy. When my Mocha Frappé tasted like melted water and no mocha I was less happy. When my daughter’s burger was brought back for the second time she was not happy and I was aggregated. The final straw, uncooked french fries.
I have no clue how this location can get repeat business and hope that I can help people to not waste their money at this location and choose something else in the food court.
Corporate or the board of health should look at the greasy floors as this is a workplace hazard.

i got a GRILLED snack wrap and they gave me a CRISPY (actually half the batter was scraped off but they were too lazy to scrape off the other end). they passed it off as grilled. that’s some dishonest and lazy work ethnic.
service was quick and efficient but that’s probably more a product of mcdonald’s fast service method.
