Called for him to look at our kid’s iphone. He offered to make a house call. He called and canceled due to a conflict. We rescheduled and he didn’t show or return our phone calls. We need to move on.

I dropped my iPhone 4s (as I had a dozen times before but somehow something different happened this time) and the front glass cracked into a dozen pieces. I asked around but could not get a good straight answer from anyone on the best, cheapest, easiest way to fix it.
Somehow I came across Russell Lewis’ website and saw he was on the North Shore AND would come PICK UP the phone, fix it, and bring it back for $ 85. In a matter of a couple of hours my phone was good as new, and I didn’t have to go anywhere.
If you live on the North Shore, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for a phone repair, tablet repair, computer, networking help, anything tech related…
