What a nightmare of a place. Purchased a order and the mayo was sour. Returned food and was told that there was not way that the mayo could be sour and that I was«tripping». Who uses the word«tripping» as a customer service manager during an attempt at a resolution. They made me feel as if I was attempting to scam them and that really broke my spirits. Little do they no that I was passing through the state on my way to Lay to rest my mother who passed. What a awful awful experience. I’ll never patronize Arby’s again.

This is a nice, clean Arby’s with employees who are friendly enough. The sandwiches are always made well and they taste fresh. They also have a pretty decent $ 1 menu. They offer free WiFi, so it’s a great place for people like me who are traveling and need somewhere to «set up shop» for a while. Believe it or not, this is one of the best Arby’s I have been to. I’m pretty impressed with it. If you are traveling on I-20(east or west), it’s easy to pop off and back on the interstate to get to this restaurant.

Let’s be honest: Arby’s kind of sucks. I’m not just talking about this Arby’s. I’m talking about the whole damned Arby’s empire. It’s cheap, thinly sliced deli meats with greasy side options and large sodas. In the grand scheme of things, if I were to rate Arby’s against all other establishments in the world, it probably only gets one star. If I were to rate it against only all places with drive thru service… it still probably only gets one star. But I’m going to go out on a limb here and assume that if you are setting foot in an Arby’s, then you have a rough idea what you are in for. And, in that case, compared to all other Arby’s this Arby’s is probably A-OK. And, hell, for all I know, this may even be the best restaurant in Pearl, Mississippi.
