This laundry mat is very well kept. The owners seem friendly and helpful.
There’s a unisex bathroom, very clean, and a picnic table as well; lots of seating indoors and out. Wi-Fi also available.
They do have some religious station playing instead of music. The machines are old but work well.
Overt all, it’s great for its purpose. I’d come back if my dryer breaks down again :)

Great laundromat. Clean, friendly ownership, and free wi fi. My only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is that I wish the machines were higher capacity. I’d love it if they had those giant dryers. Other than that, it’s the best laundromat in the Pearland area.

Best laundry mat/washateria in Pearland. Cheap rates and extremely clean. Caring service and a pleasant atmosphere. Love the slamming orange tables and chairs inside! Still miss my LG washer and dryer nonetheless *sniffle sniffs*

The place is not bad, i was expecting big washers and dryers, but its ok, the place is clean, i was surprise by that. Machines are old but they maintain them well. Good background music !!

Best Laundry Mat in Houston! It’s a lot on the pricy side, but the clean machines and friendly owners are worth it. This is the cleanest washateria I’ve been in EVER! They have a lot of rules posted, like don’t slam the doors ect ect, but once again the price and feeling like mom is watching over your shoulder are more than worth it! Price $ 1.50 for small washer and $ 4.50 for the big one. Plus $ 1.25 for 45 min dry.

This is the best laundromat in Pearland. No other laundry facility compares to AM Laundry.
It is always clean. Owners are on the premises the entire day. They are friendly and very helpful if you have any type of cleaning questions. Clientele are also friendly. It has a small hometown atmosphere.
All washers are top load with the addition of one oversize machine for comforters. The price has increased to 1.50 a load to wash, and 1.25 for 45 minute dry. It’s well worth the price to be in a clean, well run laundromat where all the machines are well maintained.

I’ve tried every laundry mat in a 10 mile radius and this is by far the cleanest! They have all top load washing machines so I could soak my whites, and it wasn’t too busy. The place is comfortable. It closes earlier than most but that’s okay. I’m so glad I found this place! The washers are $ 1.25 and the dryers are $ 1 for 45 minutes. The attendant is nice and the rest room is clean.
