I absolutely love this place! Always clean and worth the sometimes 5 or 10 minute wait on a Saturday. I’ve had 3 different technicians and they have all been WONDERFUL and did a better job than I even asked for! I always leave this place nothing less than ecstatic.

I have been coming to Cinderella’s for over 6+ years. Cinderella’s entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The atmosphere is exactly what I need in order to relax and have some quality «Me» time. I highly recommend Cinderella’s for anyone wanting an upscale job for a fraction of the price.

The ambiance alone gives such a welcome feeling. NIKKI was awesome, very attentive and helpful with all my needs. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back!

I have tried many nail salons in Pearland and found Cinderella a few years ago. The front desk ladies are polite and very friendly. I have tried other places when in-​between nail technicians. Everyone has a different style of nail they like be it thickness, shape, and overall look. While there are several technicians whose work is not my favorite they do have someone for everyone.
I also love that they have so many color options in powder, shellac, and regular polish.
I personally like to have Cindy do my nails. She does an amazing job in a timely fashion.

There are a lot of nail salons in the area now, but this one is still my favorite. They do a great job and my pedicures last several weeks. I never feel rushed and everyone is friendly.

This is thee most relaxing nail salon I’ve been too. The atmosphere is amazing. The service is great too. They even have a rewards program which is so cool. I get shellac manicures. Shellac at other places doesn’t last on my nails very long usually a few days. Today it has been 8 days since my manicure and it still looks good. They last the entire 2 weeks like they’re supposed to. Cinderella is pricey compared to other places in the area, but the atmosphere and quality is worth it to me. I get my manicures done here and get my pedicures elsewhere just to save a little money.

Hands down my favorite nail salon in Pearland! It’s a little more expensive than other nail salons in the area but it’s well worth it in my opinion.

I was completely in shock at how well this place was put together and ran.

I am new to the area and was pretty pump about trying out Cinderella nail salon. After my visit I was SUPER satisfied how everything turned out. So many gel colors to chose from great atmosphere and everything. My mom and I both got pedicures and I got refill and gel color. I loved my color I love the shape of my nails and how everything turned out. However, a few days later I noticed the color on my nail begin browning which has never happened before. I decided to go back to try and get them fixed. Instead of the receptionist trying to handle it she made it seem like it was something I did and asked if I smoked or dealt the chemicals on a daily basis. I do neither by the way. She sent me to a nail tech and all he did was buff the top coat off along with layer of my gel color I had loved so much. The least I expected was re-​polish of the same color. I was very disappointed with their customer service. After I left and got in my car the receptionist walked over and offered me percentage off on my next service however if the aftermath of the first service wasn’t great I don’t understand how she would think I would come back again so I was confused as to how that would help. All I wanted was for them to understand and just fix the problem they saw instead of questioning me on what could have caused my nails to brown… It seemed like neither the receptionist or nail tech wanted to fix my nails that they clearly saw browning.

Love love love!!! Everyone is so friendly, sweet, and very talented! These ladies really know how to do nails. I had my eyebrows done here too, and they turned out better than the upscale spa I had been going to for years.
It can get very busy so I recommend booking an appointment. All my friends go here and it is like a party every time we go! Highly recommend it!!!

Went here with a group for my birthday. The complimentary drinks were delicious. The nail techs were outstanding. The only downside was that we weren’t seated all together and I had a terrible language barrier between myself and the manicurist. But overall we all were satisfied and will be back!

Best place to go for everything. I go with my mom and aunt all the time and we always have a blast. The employees are very talented and very sweet. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else. It’s great for bridal parties and birthday parties.

I use to love this place, but recently I had a horrible experience with them. First of all, the last two pedicures I’ve had, they’ve cut at least one of my toe nails the wrong way which for the next few days right after the appointment my toe would hurt. What was very disappointing was the last visit I had (I don’t plan on going back). I went on a Friday so of course they were busy but I still expected the tech to do a good job which she didn’t. I asked for a shellac manicure and while she was doing it she and I noticed that the polish wasn’t drying as quick as it should under the light but instead of letting them dry a little longer she brought around three uv lights and every one of them were the same. I ended up getting some of my nails smudge but instead of taking the nail polish off and starting over she just continued painting over them. She just seemed like she was in a hurry and ready to be done so she wasn’t willing to do the job correctly. Needles to say some of my nails came out looking horrible and I was completely disappointed. Time to look for a new place.

Place is nice and quiet. Not many shellac colors to choose from but I managed to find one that I liked. The lady talked me into getting the most expensive pedicure because I had «rough patches». $ 45 later, the patches are still there. My toes look like they were polished by a 6 year old.
My refill… took FOREVER! I’m still confused on why I was charged $ 5 to shape nails that were already shaped. I had a broken nail and it was fixed. First of all, she didn’t take the broken nail all the way off. She cut the new nail way too short and tried to say it was the way I was looking at it. I put them together to prove that it was way too short. She partially took it off and added another tip on top of it. I was pretty irritated by this point. Had been there 2 hours and no where near done. After the acrylic was applied she broke one of my nails and basically said it was my fault. She took 45 minutes to polish and missed the sides on most.
$ 82 and 3 hours. NEVER AGAIN!

Nice atmosphere, very stress free! This is the best nail set I have had in a long time. They pay attention to detail!

The staff is amazing here. Thank you for the service. The full bar helps you relax while enjoying getting a mani pedi. They have color changing gel here which is rare I’m some nail shop’s inventory. I highly recommend this spot for ladies and men! I can’t wait to go in and bring my friends to enjoy the environment.

I don’t know if I just got unlucky and got the unskilled nail technician, but my high hopes for Cinderella Nail Spa were completely crushed. When the nail technician was trimming my cuticles, she cut my finger; the place where she cut me wasn’t even near my cuticles. I just don’t think this is something that should ever happen. I also wanted a nail design I found on their Unilocal,but the finished product didn’t look anywhere as good. Finally, when I went to pay it’s like they didn’t even care that they injured me and they made me pay for the design too; when it didn’t even look like what I wanted. I honestly don’t know how they got such high ratings on Unilocal,but I will not be returning.

This salon is top notch and their service is always professional. The technicians are friendly and listen to what you want. Definitely a great place.
