Paris Nails is now under new management! I went two weeks ago and got a full set and pedicure and was treated very well and the staff was very courteous, give Linda a try she is awesome and does really great work!

This place is under new management. It’s way better than before. The services are excellent. Linda and Tina does a beautiful set of nails, while Mindy and Van give the best pedicure, especially the Ice cream pedi.

WASTE OF TIME! I Went on a Sunday, I waited for 10 minutes before anyone asked what I was there for. I asked up front if they had anyone for pedi as a walk-​in or if they only do appointment. The guy said yes the take walk-​in. I got sat with my feet in water tub until the water was cold-​that was about 20mins. The guy came and added more hot water to make it warmer. At that point I asked how much longer it wud be and he said 10 more mins. Almost 15 mins later I told I had to go. I NEVER have had to leave a walk in before getting done. He apologized and said next time u call and make appointment. Then I reminded him that he told me he had time for a walk in at the very beginning of he should have told me right then and there. Then he made an excuse that he was low on employees. First rule of a customer service business: RESPECT A CLIENT’S TIME. I will NOT be back!

This is the only nail place I go to… they always do a great job! I usually get shellac manicure and a pedicure. Today I got a full set and she did them perfect! I love them and she did a great job on the shape! I’m not sure why there’s bad reviews on here, they always do a great job… for me, my mom, and my sister! Owner is always nice and asks if you want a drink and makes sure you are comfotable. Will continue to go here for sure!

Absolute Joke! I am in the service industry, so I get it when you are busy, you tend to get overwhelmed, here you turn into a «$» sign. Save your time and money and go somewhere else or you will be disappointed here.

Very pleased with Paris Nails. Their staff are very thoughtful and friendly. Owners are always checking in to make sure if you want a drink or anything else to make your visit amazing ! I have been going here since opening weekend and would recommend to anyone ! Great pedicures and I’m always pleased with my shellac treatment on the nails.

Salon has a NEW OWNER! He treats the workers like machines, with timers on all services. If you call and your regular nail tech is on vacation in Vietnam for 2 months, that’s code for she quit! I think they will all quit as he inherited them and sees them as slave labor. The techs are all good, the one star is for the fact that all the services I’ve had before are now shorter for the same money and I can’t support the fact that they do not value their employees. They look frightened and they all used to be so lively.

Honestly some of the worst nails I have ever paid for. They were uneven, oddly shaped, crooked on my nail bed, acrylic was left all over my fingers, and the lady filed into my nail bed on one of them. I expressed my concern about the nail tech from the start and I was reassured that she was a great nail tech. I wish I would have got up and left when I first had doubts. Instead I was stuck paying $ 55 for nails that a student could have done a better job on.

I would not go back here!!! The staff was nice but their work is horrible! I wanted the «pamper me pedicure» which is $ 35 and it was nothing like being pampered! She even skipped the best step which is the massage!!! I also got a manicure it was $ 15 which was also horrible! No hand massage, she didn’t even put lotion nor oil on my hand!!! The polish job that I received looks like I did it myself nothing of what a professional person work should look like! I would not go back at all! The drinks are not even complementary! Their prices are high and it’s not worth the extra money at all! Save your money and go to some other place, their are far to many nail salons in Houston to have to deal with that!

My daughter and I arrived before the salon was open but the owner rushed to accommodate us. We both got gel manicures and the «pamper me» pedicures. It was totally relaxing and the ladies who worked with us were delightful. Luckily we live nearby because we will definitely be back.

DO NOT let them do your lashes. The man they said who knew what he was doing, is really an amateur. My lids were burning so bad while he was doing the lashes, my eyes were constantly watering. I asked for the gradual effect of having the small length on the center and longer on the ends… when I get home… I noticed that he put black in the small length and brown in the long length. And to top it off, they charge $ 35 for this ‘practicing’ work. I was very irritated. I love they way they do nails… but that is it

I was in the area with my friend, when we decided to come here because her usual nail place was very busy. First impression is they don’t understand what a customer is asking them. My friend was getting her nails done she was pleased with them, it took 30 mins for her total. I was only getting a pedicure because I thought it wouldn’t take forever. It took 1 hour and 25 mins for a simple pedicure. This place doesn’t advertise their prices so I had no idea how much I was going to pay when she started doing my toes. She was buffing my toes with a scrubber and cut my skin near my cuticle. It was stinging! very painful!!! She thought I didn’t notice it was bleeding! She waited for they male worker or owner to tell her to put a liquid on my toe, which made it sting even more! She had no idea what she was doing! While she was painting my toe with the cut, she tried wiping paint off of the cut which equals more pain! I actually said ow! I paid $ 23 (includes a $ 2 student discount). I don’t think I’ll come back. A lady also had confusion while paying/​tipping while I was in there. They want their tips in cash but make it difficult to pay. I had hopes for this place.

Buyer beware! Thought I’d try a new place that was close to where I grocery shop & it was a huge mistake. In the hour I was there 5 people paid to get their nails or toes done. 3 of the 5 raised holy h3ll because the ladies who did their nails did things or used things they didn’t know cost more money. One women thought she was paying $ 65 and was told she owed $ 90 because they used shellac polish on her toes. She said I didn’t ask you to & immediately they break into almost screaming abusing her of stealing. Now duplicate twice more & you’ll have my entire «pamper me pedicure». This is such a common practice that on their «salon policies» they state: ‘if you make any changes based on the recommendation of technician or staff member, you will be liable for the full amount including add-​ons”. Now please keep in mind their English is awful & you don’t know what they’re saying. One of the ladies asked if she’d like a mimosa, she said yes & was then charged for it at check out. This joint is running a scam & playing on the fact that they know the majority of us will pay because we’re too kind to say ‘your English sucks, we have no idea what you’re saying’.

The worst experience I have ever had at any nail salon. The lady got up and left me in the chair for roughly 10 minutes while she handled the front desk and it wasn’t even busy! I purchased the most expensive pedicure offered and it was rushed with a terrible «massage» if you’d call it that. She also kept her eye on the door the entire time and made a phone call from her cell phone. Terrible Terrible Terrible! And let me add again it was not busy there were only three customers in the whole shop! I will never go there again! Doesn’t even deserve one star. I give it a big fat zero!
