The food always tastes great but the next time somebody tries to short me on meat or rice I swear I’m starting a fight. I’m so sick of having to say more and them telling me it’s extra. Ummm no. It’s not extra, your mom is extra. Only thing that is expectably extra is guac. End the madness!

Finally went to visit today since the opening. The place was pretty quiet only 3 customers eating inside. The staff helped me and I was out of there pretty quick. Everything was clean, only thing is portions were kind of small but the place and service over all was good

So this was my second time here. I’m updating the review because the service was a little faster than the first time. However, these employees are very greedy with the servings. They are also inconsistent with what’s supposed to be charged as «extra» and what is not. I was third in line and the first couple was told if they wanted more chicken they would be charged extra but the second person in line wasn’t. Also, they used clear plastic 4 oz cups to measure out the meat. I’ve never seen this done before at other locations. I think I’ll keep going to the one further from my house to get more food in my bowl for the same price.

My gooooooodnesssss I shouldn’t have to ask for extra rice, extra beans, extra lettuce and everything else on a bowl. They portion the food so poorly, it’s upsetting. I usually can’t finish a bowl but I could seriously possibly eat two here. other than that, the line is always short and they do work pretty fast. I might just make the drive to the location on 288 for an overflowing bowl for the same price.

This was my first visit at a Chipotle as I really wanted to see what all the hype was about. I walked up to the counter and ordered a bowl with chicken. Since I’ve cut back on carbs, my bowl ended up pretty thin as they are quite stingy with the toppings. My bowl with a drink costs me about $ 12. It was good for what it was, but I can’t say it was worth $ 12. The establishment was clean and non intimidating. The staff members were nice and the restroom was decent and clean. There’s also plenty of outdoor seating.

Two words: horrible service. There was only 2 people serving customers and the line was so long. One of the workers decided it would be more important to take inventory than help serve and speed up the line. They ran out of white rice and were practically yelling at each other to get it. One of the workers walked out, not sure if because it was the end of his shift or he just couldn’t take it anymore. Either way, horrible customer service. I asked for extra lettuce once and the guy looked like he wanted to punch me in the face. Their portions are so small. The only reason why I go here and would rate it 1 star is because it is next to my house.

I was so happy that a Chipotle opened up to a location that was closer to my house. I usually go to the one in Bay Area and after the incident that happened today, I’m never going back. My friend and I had to ask for extra rice, meat, beans, sour cream and CHEESE???(I dont understand why I would even have to ask for more cheese, like come on…) because the portions were insanely small. I kid you not, they gave us less than half a cup of rice and meat and charged me for extra because it was«double meat»… Unless they think my stomach is the size of their fist, I don’t know how I would even be CLOSE to full with what they gave me in that bowl. Ive never asked for extra meat at other Chipotle locations because they’ve always given me enough. There was a women behind us that straight up said they were going to lose customers because of how little they were putting in our bowl. I agreed with her 100%. They were arguing with her and she got so upset and left. Yep, never coming here again.

I really do enjoy Chipotle and was super excited to know one was opening up close by. I went this past Sunday evening and have to say that management is needed quick. Teenage employees goofing off and not up keeping restaurant at all. With no one in line, the employees are just chit chatting as the trash cans were over flowing with trash, tables dirty, no napkins, no utensils, just sad to see that. Not your typical Chipotle. Going to have to keep going to Fairmont location to get my fix. Very sad for a new restaurant.

The girl on the line didn’t heat up my tortilla, when I asked for a little less rice she maybe gave me ¼ cup(the lady behind me also had to ask for more rice) the barbacoa was dry and old and upset my stomach. The meat portions were possibly the smallest I have ever seen. My burrito was half the size it normally is, when I told her Pico on the bowl but not burrito she put it on both then when I said no Pico on that she scraped it off. This is the worst of the chains I have been to. Just drive to Bay Area.

We went at lunch time during the week. They were a bit slow — nothing worth complaining about but there is definitely room for improvement. We didn’t have any issues with the serving sizes. The taste of the food is consistent with other locations. Cons: The dining room is small, cramped, and the chairs are painful. The layout of this restaurant is weird — the restrooms feel like they’re in the dining room which is a disgusting thought.

I’ve traveled the entire nation and at any given location I am always overly eager to visit the local Chipotle. The consistency in food quality, service is beyond most brands nowadays. I was happy to hear we were getting our own restaurant right down the street. Unfortunately, my eagerness turned to disappointment and even anger at the horrible service, bad food quality, and overall terrible reflection of the entire Chipotle brand that is the Pearland Parkway location. One three occasions I’ve gotten the slowest service of my life, the smallest portions I’ve ever seen in a Chipotle, and even undercooked or uncooked food. On top of all these things, the service is terrible. If you really want Chipotle, take the long drive across Pearland to their Broadway location(a far superior location), or wait for the new Moe’s Southwest Grill to open up in Pearland.

This Chipotle location is the best! Mandy was cute.(no homo.) I see so many reviews about how the service was bad, but understand that many other Chipotle locations also have a long wait. This one’s wasn’t that bad, no big deal. It was definitely worth it. The cashiers were nice and polite. Thanks for the great experience!

Went there today! Bad service! Took forever to get my side of guacamole and they forgot my chips! I just felt like walking out without my guac. I love chipotle but not going back to this one!

Went here yesterday having high hopes as I love the chain. Unfortunately, this was the worst one I have been to. Staffed with teenagers goofing around and extremely slow. The girl that was taking the orders was horrible and couldn’t get an order correct to save her life. The next girl was serving up ½ spoons of food. I had to ask several times for more. Excuse me I am not paying $ 11 for half a bowl. I watched her put a a smear of guacamole on the a customer’s burrito and charge $ 2. The burrito roller girl was horrible. She couldn’t roll the burrito. I ended up with a burrito with 2 tortilla shells. And to top off this horrible experience there was not one manager or owner in the building. Please get it together!

The only reason I gave two stars instead of zero is because it is their first day open. I waited in line 30 minutes to get to the front and then they were out of meat for another 15 minutes. Some of that is to be expected since this is day one. What I don’t understand is why was there never the presence of the owner or manager for the grand opening. There was no direction behind the line in the kitchen at all. There was a girl on her cell phone and others just talking to each other instead of making sure food was on the grill. The steak was finally cooked and it sat there for 7 minutes before I said something. Not once was there an apology or a thank you from anyone. I never saw anyone that appeared to be a manager and never heard anyone taking charge. Finally we paid and were walking out after being there about 55 minutes and someone came out saying she was the manager and was sorry. Too little too late at that point. Hopefully they will get it together and make sure the owner/manager is more active in creating a good experience.

They’re definitely not open yet. It’s been a sad day because I drove over there and it was still being built. However, Chipotle is still the best.
