Newest PB in Pearland. It’s beautiful and pleasant to dine in. While the line might get long, there are several employees at the many registers to take your order. It’s clean. Always a plus when you dine in. I had the chicken Cobb avocado salad. Delicious! Gave my bread to my daughter. It’s good but I eat low carbs. So eat the bread lol!!! I had the ginger hibiscus tea. This is yummy with or without sweetener. I added one sweet n low. You order. Get a number to place on your table and the food fairy brings your food to you fresh. I have the rewards panera card and I got a free pastry for my birthday!!! But I have that away too because I eat low carbs!!! Lol!!! And the best, they give military discounts!!! Read the rest of my reviews for businesses who offer this discount. It’s never the cost, it’s the principle of honoring military members and their families(me). I moved everywhere w hubby and of course my kids came along. So yes, we served as well. Supported him all over the world.

Brand new location in Pearland, has a drive thru! Dined in this afternoon and had a great experience. Staff was very helpful and nice. Our food was delivered before we picked a table! I was impressed. I got the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad, it was fantastic. The Plum Ginger Iced Tea was really good as well. Really liked the lay out of the restaurant, very modern interior. Patio had a really cool fireplace. Will for sure be coming back to this location.

Nothing compared to the location near Hwy 288. I was excited to get a Panera Bread at our end of Pearland. Unfortunately, I just wasn’t impressed. The pastry and bagels were scarce and not fresh. I ended up with a stale bear claw, burnt triple berry scone, and a warped bagel. The caramel latte was pretty good. I will try one more time. If there are no improvements I will just have to make the drive to 288.

This particular location seems to be overpriced and has extremely small portion sizes. When I asked the manager regarding both, I was told«that’s just the way she made them»(sandwiches). There was no care regarding the expensive two bite sandwich I just paid an arm and a leg for. This location is brand new. I’ve tried it twice, both through the drive through, and have had the same ridiculous experience both times. Also, sad to admit, but I cannot even see the detail on the drive-through menu. It is a very busy looking menu that is positioned awkwardly. Unless I’m desperate for a decent cup of soup, I will not be going back.

The east side of Pearland finally has a Panera Bread! It beats having to drive to the cluster that is 518 and 288. This location just opened a few weeks ago. It sits in the same parking lot as HEB(pretty close to Pei Wei). The first thing I noticed is that there is a drive thru! Super convenient if you just need to swing through to pick up lunch or dinner. I decided to go inside since it is new and I was wanting to try something different from my usual Sierra Turkey and Garden Veggie Pesto soup. The décor has a more contemporary feel to it compared to other locations. They have an indoor fireplace which gives it a cozy feel. I didn’t walk around the dining room, but it looked pretty busy for a Monday night. They even have a bench to sit at if you’re waiting on a to go order. This is much better than having to stand near the cash registers at other locations. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! I wasn’t sure of the names of some of the items and the two young ladies at the register this evening were able to explain the items to me. I ended up ordering the Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread sandwich(which is much bigger than I realized) and the Lentil Quinoa Bowl with Chicken. I opted for house chips for my side. My meal was sooo good! There’s a generous portion of kale, spinach, and chicken in the bowl and the broth was delicious! They have so many options besides the typical sandwiches and soups. They also packed it well so nothing spilled out on my drive home. Everything about this visit was just wonderful. I’m eager to go back and actually eat in the dining room. I’m so glad that this location is open now! I’ll be stopping here more often. Edit: According to the press release, the drive-thru has slightly different hours from the dining room. They also have catering with delivery and you can order online(or on the mobile app) and pick up to go(like most of the other locations). There’s apparently an «order status» monitor that shows you how many orders are in front of yours. I did not notice this when I was there this evening. I’ll make sure to look for it next time I’m there. Drive Thru Hours: Monday — Thursday 5:30am-9:00pm Friday 5:30am– 10:00pm Saturday 6:30am– 10:00pm Sunday 6:30am-9:00pm
