I would LOVE to rate this facility! It’s close to home, the staff is AMAZING, and my new unit is close to the entrance. I am so reassured that someone stays on site, as I recall, so when I go to the facility to store items at the odd hours that I like to do (between 6am and 10pm, of course) I am not really alone. The facility that I am leaving, however, also nearby, had their exit gate open for more than 24 hours! No one was in the office to see this, and I didn’t see it until I got ready to exit. On the cold day that it was, i could have found a vagrant, inside the building to warm himself, and caught me off guard. I immediately switched to THIS CubeSmart. Cynthia contacted me in less than 24 hours to complete my reservation, and now I couldn’t be happier. Oh! I forgot to mention my 1^st month FREE!

You cannot call the actual location. the local phone number goes to a call center. You must wait for your turn to speak to some one. I do not like this.
The building was locked when I arrived. I arrived during business hours. No one there, no note on the door. I had to call the call center and wait and wait to speak to some one, who then called the location, etc. etc.
There is a required minimum of $ 12 for insurance. So, the advertised price is at least $ 12 more that you expect.
Not delighted.
