Poor service — 2 people working —- Manager was serving a customer other clerk was helping with shipping. After the manager served the customer he went to the back not serving the 3 other customers in order

I walked in, package in hand, two younger guys were talking amongst themselves, and gave me no acknowledgment. As I got closer, I said«Hi!» One of the guys started asking rapid questions regarding my package, «Is that a return? Do you have that addressed? What do you need?» I paused, and smiled again and said, «Hi! I’ll need a ground shipping slip.» So that I would be able to ship using my account. This guy tells me that they don’t have the slips and they cannot ship my package with my account. If I want to ship it, I will need to have the label already. But on the other side of Pearland, I can ship this was with no problem. As well as if you have an account with FedEx, FedEx will ship your items with no problems. Needless to say I was extremely upset with the way I was treated. The employees were very rude and I will never go to this location again.

I looked up on the internet to find the nearest UPS store, well this one wasn’t it! Instead I read the reviews on the one’s closer to me and they were very bad! The review of this store was excellent, friendly staff etc. So I decided to make the trip a little further out of my way to this store. I had a package to send back with a prepaid label and wanted to make sure that it was returned right. I pulled into the parking lot at around 8:30 in the morning and the place looked kind of dark from the outside(window tint made it look so) but when you entered it was well lite. There was a young woman who looked busy in the back but when she heard the door open she stopped what she was doing to assist me. She was not rude or felt bothered(something I’m used to dealing with these days) She was polite, helpful and very patient! She had taken care and the time to make sure that the package was ready to ship and advised me of when it would reach its destination. She made sure i had all the copies, tracking numbers and receipts. She helped kickstart my morning in a good light! I definitely recommend this store to ANYONE needing to ship anything!

I had a purchase to return to seller somewhere in the midst of 8 and 9 am on a Monday morning. I pull up to a very vacant looking store but sure enough, a nice clerk was there to greet me. She instantly offered a receipt for my(pre-paid shipping) drop-off. Now that’s what I call service! Aside from expedious help, one will find copy machines and packing supplies. Such a nice alternative to the often-dreaded trips to the Post Office or other shipping storefronts,
