We recently sold our home with Kelli’s help. I had found her through the Unilocal reviews and gave her a call to discuss the listing for our house. By the end of the week, after meeting with us, she had our house listed with professional pictures and property description!!! I cannot thank Kelli enough for her professional input and support during our sale process. Everything went super well and our negotiations with the buyer went very smooth. I truly felt that she had our best interest at heart and was taking good care of us. If you are looking for an agent, I highly recommend Kelli.

As first time homebuyers, the whole process can get overwhelming really quickly and we knew we would need a good realtor to guide us along. So before we started looking for homes in earnest, we visited a few open houses and had the pleasure of meeting Holly Cuevas from Keller Williams Realty. Based on that encounter, in which she was welcoming and professional without being overbearing or disingenuous, we decided she was the person we were looking for.
And was she ever! Holly was a dream to work with and bent over backwards to help us find the perfect house. Every step of the way, she was patient, knowledgeable, funny, and really gave us the impression that she was looking out for our best interest. Coming in, we had done a lot of research about the neighborhoods and types of homes we wanted to be in and Holly was so great in working with us to get us there. Throughout, she was on top of everything and there wasn’t a question that went unanswered or referral she couldn’t make.
Should we find ourselves in the market for our second home soon, I would be very happy to shoot Mrs. Cuevas an email and work with her again. Not surprisingly, I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is in need of a realtor in the Pearland or Houston area (she also works out of the Galleria office as well).

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Veronica Vatterott of Keller Williams for our recent out of state home purchase. Not knowing anyone in Texas and needing to find a good realtor, Veronica came to us as a referral. I am so glad she did!
Not only did Veronica turn out to be one of the most fun, sweetest, nicest people you could ever hope to meet; she is a realtor extraordinaire! She is polished and professional with a good eye for what is right or wrong with a home or property. Nothing in Texas works the same way as it does in California it seems. Having a professional with Veronica’s knowledge and ability was so important to us.
Our transaction was far from normal, yet Veronica handled it all smoothly and with ease. If she didn’t know the answer to a question (and we had so many!), she would find out. She took care of every inspection that needed to be done and made sure that paperwork was correct and on time. Things work a lot differently when you are located in one place and making a home purchase in another. Veronica basically «took care of business» for us and things went off without a hitch!
I would not hesitate to recommend her. She is a pure delight to work with and we have become friends. That’s a bonus that I never expected but certainly one that I will enjoy in the years to come.
