LP Nails

ZERO STARS for this place. A COMPLETE JOKE. Terrible customer service. & understaffed so techs rush your service. Never been so disappointed with a service, ever! Not to mention while I was here, they quoted a woman 5 min wait time and she ended up waiting for over 40 minutes! PLUS they had 2 ladies walk out due to the ridiculously long wait.
Me & my cousin came to treat ourselves to pedis and manis (full set for me). We walked in and it was hardly busy, only 1 client & 3 nail techs. We were immediately able to get our pedis started. It was okay, not bad not fantastic. Needless to say I was pleased with my all white toes even though she didn’t do the shape I asked, I was cool.
A different nail tech did my nails (this is where the 0 stars comes into play) I told her I like my nails a little narrow not to much. She acted like she understood and preceded with the full set. I showed her a picture to clarify as I was not feeling how wide my nails were and she FILED HER LIFE AWAY. Every single one of my nails were uneven and crooked. She clearly had an attitude about me asking her to make the shape the way I wanted.
It was so bad that I asked her to take them bc her way of correcting the sh*tty job only made my nails MORE crooked. (Even more attitude came from the nail tech). She then tried to tell me «I already did the work so you still have to pay full price» LOLOL she TRIED IT! I told her that I would NOT pay full price for leaving a nail shop without my nails even done. She insisted that I had to pay atleast $ 10. FINE, I ended up paying $ 32 for my mani + beaten up nails after she removed them (since it was there policy to remove the nails and make her do more work when I could’ve just left and got my nails done elsewhere)
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

I don’t get pedicures often. When I do, I get the middle level or a higher level that gets me the stone massage.
Today, I figured I would try the cheaper level. I have never been here but decided to give it a try. It is $ 20 for a «spa» pedicure. I walked in at 6:10 and was totally done at 6:24! That is including $ 5 extra for a stone massage.
I don’t know if this is normal or if she is in a hurry or not but I do think a pedicure, even the basic should last at least 30 minutes. You’re supposed to feel relaxed but I felt rushed the entire time. Will not be back !

Stopped in today for a refill. Tina was my nail tech and she did a fantastic job on my pink & white French manicure! I’ll definitely be back!

LP Nails is awesome! I do not need to ask for a certain person becuase all of the nail techs are excellent and friendly. The pricing is fair. I usually call for an appointment to ensure no wait time.

i entered the salon and was advised to return in 30minutes. ok no big deal, i go to Walgreens for 20 minutes and return. an older gentleman approaches me and asks me if i have picked my color etc. i could not put my finger on it but his attitude was «off». he finally motions for me to be seated and i confirm with my preferred that she will be the one to do service me, she confirms she will be.
after pacing back and forth, the gentleman ABRUPTLY sits down and begins to work on my nails. Uh??? i question him, he insists he is just going to get me started for her. again his attitude was not working for me. he then says «is this your first time here, because i have never seen you before”(in a very condescending tone, to which i matched him.“i’ve never seen you here either» :insert fake laugh: at this point he is going in very aggressively on my nails and keeps telling me to relax, to which i reply «you are making me nervous». he works a little more and then stops and gets up and starts talking in vietnamese. ok fine, i’ll wait for who i really want to do my nails… so i think! i then hear him make reference to me to another customer who he has been friendly with the entire time i’ve been there. i found this very unprofessional to discuss me with another customer. i notified the technician that i would be leaving, she of course insisted i stay. i declined. as i departed the OG says «I’m sorry for that», to which i replied «you should be».

While at Pizza Hut grabbing a bite to eat, LP nails’ new management sign caught my attention. This store may not be as spacious at first glance, however their vibe is much more comforting than many others salons. It’s located in a decent area with restaurants nearby if you get hungry. I really praise how welcoming I felt by all the employees in this store. They were all very kind offering me a drink before getting service. That’s a rarity in my experience, I must applaud their new management because I left feeling satisfied and got my money’s worth. I will definately be returning for future visits

I recently moved to Pearland so I chose to make LP Nails my regular spot for shellac nails. The price is great but service is horrible. I started going every other Monday regularly but every time I go the same shellac nail tech is CONSTANTLY on her phone and slows down the service. I have to tell her I’m in a hurry so she’ll quit texting or answering her phone. I don’t mind paying extra for good service. I’m searching for a new nail place now. Wont go back to LP Nails.

It has been 9 months since I have gone here. The «luxury» room is no longer there. I went today and at first, I was the only customer. The three workers talked to each other in their native language the entire time. I was barely acknowledged. While my names were being done they were all on their phones making calls, texting, and shopping on Amazon. This slowed down my service. I left frustrated and wondering where I could start going to get my nails done.
This is frustrating because I like how they do nails, but the atmosphere is not pleasant.

Came in and asked for a pedicure. After waiting about 30 min I was asked to choose the pedicure type. I chose the «special» pedicure which includes a hot stone massage and paraffin wax. Once seated the water was freezing and I had to ask twice for it to get warm. The technician was busy talking and half way worked on my nails. At that point she put my feet in the paraffin wax and walked to the back. After 10 min she came out with a bowl of food and proceeded to argue with another customer about their nails all while stuffing her face with food. At this point the wax is cold and I am just sitting there. She comes back with stones after she finished eating and starts to try to rub the stones on my leg without cooling and no lotion. Left my legs all red and slightly burned. In the end I had to remind her to work on my heels and cut my nails shorter. I will never go back.

I’ve been coming to this nail shop exclusively since I moved to Pearland a couple years ago. It’s right down the street from my house and they’ve always done a really great job. Why the 2 star review? Because I just had to leave right in the middle of my pedicure.
I had been soaking in ice cold water for 20 minutes while the lady doing my pedicure was on her phone the whole time. No soap used, jets not turned on, chair not turned on or adjusted for height. I was all around uncomfortable and got tired of waiting for the rest of my half assed pedicure while the lady left me to continue her phone call in the back of the shop, so I left before my nails were painted. I asked how much I owed after telling her why I was leaving, she didn’t charge me and apologized. I am glad that I wasn’t charged for that but unfortunately I’m still disappointed that I have to look for a new shop.

Had a great pedicure. The spa chairs are very nice. All the employees were very professional and friendly. I just wasn’t sure who/​how to pay and leave at the end. Other than that, an excellent experience. My toes look great too!

I have found a great nail salon in Pearland. Jennifer and Tom
are terrific! and have two lovely ladies doing the pedicures.
It is a friendly atmosphere but very professional. I would surely
reccomend this salon to everyone. Great results each time!!!

This place is great. Great service. Friendly staff. Me, the wife and the daughter all go here. (I just get my feet done.)
