I am having the worst purchasing experience of my life. I recently purchased a very expensive king mattress from this establishment. The salesperson was wonderful. Unfortunately that is where «wonderful» ended. I was suppose to get a free headboard with my purchase. When they attempted to deliver the bed, no headboard was included. I rejected the delivery until they could make a complete delivery. Yesterday they came again only to discover they sent a queen size headboard for a king size bed. Ridiculous! I was promised that the correct size headboard would be delivered today. It is now 4:39 p.m. and I have not heard from anyone. I called my salesperson only to be told that he too is having a hard time reaching the driver. I have left work early for 3 days so I could be home for the delivery. They are causing me money and a lot of stress. If I do not receive the headboard today I will cancel the order and seek remedy to replace my old mattress that they discarded. This lack of customer service on the part of their warehouse is not acceptable. If I need to contact the BBB I will. I want what I paid for and was promised. #disappointedstressedangrycustomer.
Ok so my nightmare with Mattress 1 just got worse (I did not think that was possible). They attempted to deliver the headboard today (6÷16÷16). Unfortunately they got it wrong again for the 5^th time. I ordered a King BLACK headboard and those idiots sent a king BROWN headboard. This is so frustrating. Do yourself a favor… never to business with this company!

I purchased a mattress last night, was told it would be delivered today and called the store many times to see when it would be delivered, they told me they were not sure when but reassured me it would be delivered today. It is 10:47pm and I still have yet to receive my mattress.

The customer service is great. Greeted with a smile and let us know that they will be right with us. This was the quickest and themost stress free sale I’ve ever had. Knowledge of products and store promotions were clear and directed to my wife and I. Catered to my requests and my wife to ensure we both would be happy. Suggested mattress protector as well as pillow, which we bought. My wife loves the pillow. Would recommend, to have a stress free mattress purchase this is the place. Hope this helps. I stopped by after we bought a cheap king size frame from some other retailer, in hopes to not have to pay a fortune for a decent frame… boy did I come to the right place! The cheap one broke the 1^st time my 50lb child jumped on it… waste of $ 70…I walked in and Angela and team greeted me with a smile and offered me a $ 20 discount for being a teacher on an awesome frame! They sure did make this pregnant Mama happy! I know I’ll be sleeping great in no time! We’ll be back!

I bought two king size beds, adjustable, and a twin bed for my grandson. Thanks to Angela the process was great. When it came to delivery that was another story. The company will not give you a time frame just the day that you can request. I sat home on a Saturday all day called several times and was told it is on the truck, They have until 8pm to deliver. No good for me. Well at 4pm I got a call and was told the beds were damaged and would not be delivered. They would give me substitutes until my beds come in. No way. Got in my car and went back to the store. You can only imagine how upset I am. Talked to Angela and Byron and worked out the problem. Went by on Friday Jan 8 to be sure the delivery will be done. Meet the manager, very nice person. Long story short I received my bed – rest of family has their and everyone is happy. Great people in the store and they will try hard to make things right.

Came into this location in search of a twin mattress set for my 8 year old son and was set on only that. I, my son and Colby, the salesman, talked about what we were interested in and also with was comfortable for my son. He was not rude or pushy just to make a sale but to make us happy. Needless to say we left with a full mattress set that my son loved, can grow into and all at a great price.
