I visited this location about a week ago and wanted to ensure the whey protein suggested was actually good. I’m glad to report that the whey protein is going just as good as the customer service I got. They truly understand how to address your questions and concerns

I am fairly knowledge in protein powder and the supplement industry especially since I work in the fitness industry. I just moved to the area and I was in search for the Quest protein powder individual packs. I was curious of their new flavors and wanted to try them. Already knowing about their macros and the companies back story.
What I got when I asked the guy working there was a lecture about how quest isn’t that great and how there are better proteins powder aren’t any better than a protein powder companies powder
I was completely put off by him.
Mind you I came in after a workout in my workout clothes…
Needless to say I was completely put off by how rude the guy was and how he was trying to tell me what to like and not like.
I just wanted to know if you had the single serving packs of the new flavors not a lecture dude.
I will definitely be shopping else where and will not recommend them to any of my clients either.

So I called this store earlier this afternoon to ask if they had a certain product in stock, unfortunately they didn’t have the protein I was looking for but the guy that answered convinced me to go in anyway and try a sample of something else. Once I arrived the 3 gentleman that were in the store were very nice and welcoming. This store is under new management and I can tell right away the difference from the people there now than from before. The guy who helped me was Jose and he was very knowledgable in supplements, he sold me a different protein and gave a complimentary tshirt and bottle shaker!!! I’m very excited for this nutrition depot to finish getting stocked. definitely stop by and ask for Jose, and watch GNC someone might be taking over!
