Pizza Hut

Went here a while back and the quality of food doesn’t compare to the price. The cashier and the other Deuche behind the counter really didn’t seem to be interested in what they were doing. Probably won’t go back unless I’m forced to go.

Pizza Hut overall has terrible customer service. Calls are routed through a call center that is unable to provide any assistance without transferring you to local store or requesting call back from local store manager. Our delivery was approx. 50 minutes late. Calls to call center and requests for transfer /​callback from local manager resulted in call being disconnected (x2) and no callback. Finally received order, which was missing an item, 1 pizza was made incorrectly, and food was cold because of long delivery time (placed order at 4:45 pm, delivered at 6:10 pm). After finally getting though call center to local store, they offered to remake incorrect pizza but would take until 7:15 for delivery. We opted to pick up pizza due to delay. No offer was made to correct the late delivery or customer dissatisfaction. Now sitting at Pizza Hut for pizza to be remade. Told it would be ready at 6:38 pm if we pick up. It is now 6:48 pm and still no pizza. Needless to say, we will be Dominos customers from now on.

Terrible service! Waited almost an hour and a half after my eta time. Tried to call and check on it and they told me they had to transfer me to the manager. I then waited on hold for 20 mins and by time the manager answered my pizza arrived. I asked the manager if There was something he could do and he said 10% off which was only $ 3 off. I then told him if that was all then he can refund my money and I’ll give the pizza back. He said «ok sounds great bye» NEVER AGAIN!

So, tonight is my second visit to the new Pizza Hut and I am ready to review some of the updated options.
Pretzel Crust — taste has no resemblance to a pretzel other than being overly salty.
Crushed Tomatoes Sauce — extremely tasty compared to normal Marinara offered at Pizza Hut.
Toppings (Salami and Spinach) — both tasted fairly good, although spinach portion is sparse. My first visit, I also tried bacon and sausage. Those options weren’t as good.
Drizzle (Honey Sriracha) — completely overpowers the tomato sauce and makes the pizza «greasy».
Overall, the quality has improved and I would definitely prefer Pizza Hut over other chains in the event that I can’t to get one of the local spots I love.

Horrible service… I ordered delivery and was told it would be here in 1 hour. Called after the hour and they said the would contact the driver and call me back. After thirty minutes I called back to ask again, and they said the wait was 3 hours! Ended up canceling my order and reporting it to Pizza Hut HQ. They apologized and gave me some coupons for free pizza.

My son was craving for the stuffed crust pizza and what we got was a thin greasy crust. It was stuffed with cheese alright. But you can see the whole where the cheese separated from the crust. Did I mention that they charge $ 1 for a garlic dipping sauce that is Free at Papa John’s?
The boy teller that claimed to be the manager, Eddie, was rude to me by embarrassing me to his «team» as he calls them just because I mentioned the other pizza place (Papa John’s) which probably why I got this crappy pizza that I paid $ 15 for. Way to go Pizza Hut!

I’m over Pizza Hut. It’s been a struggle for the past four years and the customer service just gets worse. The pizza use to be awesome and now… it’s a gamble. If it’s made right, your order usually isn’t. Pizza Hut use to be my absolute fav; no more. I will order anywhere else but there.

This is a decent pizza hut location. Pizza Hut pizza isn’t gourmet food, but it fills the belly.
The only gripe I have with Pizza Hut in general is that they are becoming so stingy with the cheese. At this point you have to ask for «extra cheese» and pay $ 2 just to have cheese that covers the pizza. If you love cheese, try New York Pizzeria not far away… when you order extra cheese you really get it.
