I have to preface this with the fact that my wife & I are fans of PJ’s pizza. She’s from New York, so she’s VERY picky about her pizza places. That being said, I’m afraid this is the most disappointing Pappa Johns I’d ever dealt with. Let me also conceived that I made two mistakes before visiting this location: I came in to order, and it just so happened to be a Monday night after the Houston Texans victory over the New Orleans Saints. My mistake. However, The only reason I came in to order is because they do not deliver just a few miles north in my ZIP Code, and the disaster that I witnessed here was purely due to mismanagement and immaturity. There are a lot of young kids who work at this location. When I showed up to order, they were already very busy. The two people at the register didn’t have a very good grasp on how to manage the lines of people showing up to pick up their pizzas or place orders. The other 10 people that work there we’re doing a good job of turning out pizzas, but the two people at the register could not find them when people were coming to pick up, either because of incompetence or a lack of organization. The man at the register you took my money told me it would be 10 to 15 minutes. After 40 minutes later, I finally received my pizza and breadsticks, both of which were bland and on impressive compared to past Papa John’s meals. The pizza had toppings in the very center but nothing on the outside close to the crust, and the breadsticks look old with no garlic or olive oil like I asked. Nonetheless, because they were so busy, I had to make do with what they gave me. When I asked the gentleman why it was so hard to find my pizza, he rolled his eyes and and raised his voice saying«well everyone wants a pizza on a Monday after Texans victory, because they can get the half-price deal». Well no kidding. You know Papa John’s has been running this promotion for a long time, you’d figure they would know by now how to handle a rush of customers on a Monday night. This location has a lot of room for improvement both in management, customer service, and quality. Until they do, I’m comfortable with only one star.

This is not my favorite pizza but I love that I can earn free pizzas with their rewards program and I can order online. Not only can I order online but I can save my credit card for future use and add a tip before the pizza is even delivered. Just makes it so much easier. If you don’t like their doughy thick crust, try the thin. It’s very crispy and tasty. Pro: easy ordering online and free pizzas Con: Pepsi products. Ewwwwww. Must have Diet Coke with my pizza

The only thing good about the pizza tonight was the cute delivery driver. We ordered a large thin crust light on the sauce, sausage, onions, olives and Canadian bacon plus a order of wings. The pizza had a sweet taste to it other than that it was tasteless. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this Location and this is the second disappointment. There will be no third.

Placing an online order should be the easiest kind to get correct as you can read it as often as you would like. This is apparently not the case. We ordered 2 kinds of wings. Only one came. We specified the sauces as buffalo, not one buffalo came. This type of skill set just proves minimum wage is just to damn high.

Pizza was ok. Papa john is the same everywhere. Service sucks, 40mins to deliver? I live up the block, I offered to pick it up and of course my order was wrong when I got there. N the cashier needs to wash her shirt n brush her hair. The cook looked far more presentable n he’s playing with flour all day.

It’s quick. It’s friendly. It’s pizza. Not earth-shattering pizza by any means, but it still counts. Pickup and delivery is usually a pretty quick and painless affair(aside from the delivery fees, which I hate with a passion) and this location is pretty easy to get to. FYI, if you circle back thru the Home Depot parking lot, you can get on 518 much easier if you’re wanting to go east.

Decent pizza, exactly what you’d expect from papa johns. They tack a delivery charge on but never mention it — that’s the low rating.

against my better judgment, i ordered PJ’s a few nights ago. when i logged on to my online account and realized I had not ordered from them since July, i was reminded that there was a real issue with my order and the customer service that i received. the natives were restless and HUNGRY, so i proceeded to order from them, and hope for the best. no such luck! they sent the wrong size pizza, and when i questioned it, the driver tried to convince me that because of the freezing weather«the dough shrinks»!! EXCUSEME??? did this driver think i was boo boo the fool?!? so when a replacement pizza is delivered, it’s COLD! like it was not at all put in the«warming sleeve». the two bottles of soda were WARM and FLAT. SIGH! Lesson Learned!
