I feel so sorry for the one person that is here working. Ordered 3 trays a week ago and they were not ready for pick up. Poor lady is getting them ready for me as fast as she can.

Poor service. It was around 2pm on a weekday, so not busy. I ordered a Flatizza. I could see when she slapped it on the prep counter that the flatbread was hard, but the lady kept on going — how did she not notice when I did? Or she didn’t care. Bread WAS hard to bite & chew. I sent feedback to corporate, who fwd’d to this store manager. All I got was we’re sorry, please come back and try us again. Really? Why should I? Who would want to pay for another hard flatbread? If he had offered a free something I might consider giving them another chance, but I think they just don’t care.

Subway is an okay sandwich place, but not great. If you are in a hurry for a sandwich, this is the place to go. If you have 5 minutes, the Firehouse subs within walking distance blows Subway out of the water. The only problem I have with Subway is their disgusting lettuce. Every one of them is in love with that stuff. It’s not even real lettuce, just shredded iceberg filler. And they always ask you what you want on your sub, but before you even start to answer, their hand is deep in the tub of brown, wilted, room-temperature shredded filler and slapping it on your sandwich. Do they get commission every time they put lettuce on a sub? Give me quality lettuce, or you can keep it!

Just like any other Subway, but this one is cleaner than others I’ve been to.
