Nice place for the kiddies, wasn’t crowded, they could do a better job on the buffet, but it served its purpose. The pizza was a little dry, and the crust was hard, but what do expect from a buffet. We got our monies worth. Chuck-E didn’t perform, but I’m guessing it’s because of the time of day that we went, that they felt there was not a need. All in all, my boys had a great time. The games worked, and even when we had a challenge with a couple of games, the staff were really good about helping. Not the friendliest for a kids place, but still helpful.

My son has been asking to go to «cheeses» for weeks and today I finally decided to take him. Wow– this place was disgusting, most tables were dirty and obviously didn’t and hadn’t had someone sitting at them for some time. Many of the machines were out of order, then Chucky NEVER came out. That is why the KIDS go to your establishment and he didn’t even come out. PATHETIC. If I could get my 50.00 back, I surely would. Totally not acceptable! I am embarrassed for you and how the place looked. I will more than likely NOT be returning to this place for some time…

Had my grandbabies for the night. What a better way to work up a nights rest than to let them run around all they want at Chick E Cheese’s!?! Went an hour before closing time and it was not packed at all. Loved it!!! Plenty of tables, clean, not a gazillion kids w everywhere! Lol!!! Their pizza and salad bar are good as well as their wings. Use the online coupons for better deals!

Get someone to man the ticket counter please. Waiting for 30 minutes with small children to cash in tickets is not ok.

Everything was nice, very crowded and smelly bad. Summer, July, Saturday 3PM is the busiest time ever. We didn’t blow the candle how it should be. Her lighter was broken. Hostess left us without any drinks. We asked her to bring us our cups. She was really slowwww. We had super mega star package. but if you’re going to have a party there just do the regular one. That piñata sucks! Other then that everything was goooood !

If you come during the day it’s definitely better. One of the better chuck e cheese’s since it’s newer than others in the area.

I want to make a review for a birthday party I had here. I made it on a Sunday at 11am and probably the best time to avoided crowds! I enjoyed my sons party, there was not a long wait for food, the food was fresh, and it was clean. The host, the party helper and manager made it a pleasant experience for me, I had no trouble! If your interested throwing a party here, go for it, it was a breeze! I also booked online and received extra tokens!

Wrk Ima start with the only reason I came here was because we came to «ulta» next door and as we were passing by, I made a joke saying, «let’s take Jameson(my son) to chuck e cheese». And then my wife said ok… So I pulled in to play a few games to entertain my one yr old son. It was exactly as I remembered it, the food taste like it was from the Tyson freezer bags. But it’s chuck e cheese, what do you expect. The only good thing I have to say was that the location was cleaner than most I’ve been too in the past and it wasn’t packed with kids on Monday evening, so my son was able to enjoy what little games there were for a one yr old. Probably won’t go back until my son gets older and then asks me to go. At that point I know he will again be disappointed but at least he will get it out of his system.

I brought my 2 year old Godson to this location on an early Thursday afternoon. There were only maybe 4 other kids there lol. It was perfect and we were able to get the full experience without the crowds. The facility was clean and the staff was great! We had a blast!

The second you walk in it smells like sweat kids feet, the prices are ridiculous but the pizza is relatively good. The manager Fred is very nice and professional but his staff are a little rude and unapproachable. For the most part the place is kept clean as much as best as possible, I even saw the manager Fred walking around with a broom and dust pan cleaning up. Don’t plan on winning lots of tickets the games don’t pay well at all. Me and my family probably won’t be back, Dave and Busters is a way better establishment.

The only reason I was here was because of my niece’s 3rd and 4th birthday celebrations. This location is probably the best out of all the others in Houston, if you come at the right time. Otherwise, it becomes quite ghetto in terms of both kids and adults. What’s annoying is that for birthday celebrations, they force all parties to have them in certain time blocks so Chuck E Cheese can just sing«happy birthday» once to all the parties at the same time. Basically, barely any individual attention to each birthday boy/girl that the parents have paid their hard earned cash for. The food is… well…this is Chuck E Cheese. Enough said. Don’t get me wrong; I loved Chuck E Cheese as a kid, but coming back as an adult made me wonder what I was smoking. Hope my kids will never want to celebrate their birthdays here. If they do, I’ll just send their dad(so he could also break up any fights that go down when it becomes ghetto town). :D

Good place to bring the kiddos and have fun. Wide variety of games for kids of all ages, play place is a plus to entertain.

Pizza was good but not the best ever. We went on a Saturday night and the place was packed. I’m not sure how the staff can deal with all the mayhem and still smile. Once the crowds cleared out it was an enjoyable experience. One thing they should add is wifi.

The best pizza in Pearland and the salad items are fresh and crisp. Never mind the games, this is THE place for a really good pizza !

My child had fun playing but we got a mild case of food poisoning from the pizza. The staff is unprofessional — they talk away while your standing there like you don’t matter. The girl who brought me my pizza had her fingers in my pizza and I’m sure that had something to do with our FP. The tables felt sticky and dirty… might I mention it was a week night so there is really no excuse. No one was busy. :(

Different then most of the chuck e cheese’s we’ve been to. It was clean, the people were very helpful/nice, and overall an enjoyable experience. We had our son’s 4th birthday party there. We opted to not make an actual party reservation and just go. We found a long table that a worker said we could use until she had to actually use it — 2 hours! So we had our little party, the kids did what they wanted to do and it was just fine. So why am I missing one star? Well, I’d only knock off ½ a star for this. There was only 1 side of a ticket counter working so it took forever to get through the line. Outside of that — everything was fine.

Went for my nieces(twins) and nephew’s birthday party. Imagine trying to throw a party for twins girls turning 5 and one boy turning 7. We had reservations in the back birthday area where we had a giant long table all set up for the kids, several balloons and fun plates and cups. I don’t know if our table location was picked by my sister or random but we had the last table to the left which was next to a wall of booths(perfect for the parents and other adults to sit and put their giant kid bags). You are given some time at the beginning to go and play games. Every kid gets a small paper cup full of tokens. I headed off to the«game» area with one of the kids(we each took one to monitor and watch) and quickly found myself wanting to play some of the games! I had to ask my sister for some coins, LOL! She was only turning 5 but wanted to play all the big kid games. I have some video of her shooting baskets… she was great! After some game time, you are called back to the birthday area for pizza and the Show. You have a person that is «assigned» to your table/party and although I don’t remember her name(wish I did) she was EXCELLENT!!! She announces the birthday at your table for everyone and since we had three, she did it individually for each kid and everyone sings happy birthday. She cut up the birthday cake for all the kids, she basically did everything. You could have just sat back and not done anything as a parent. She then took the birthday kids into this clear booth where tickets start flying all around and the kids have to catch them. All three kids did great. It was a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed, but it was a ton of fun contained in a small and manageable space. Pizza was okay, nothing spectacular.

Usually I am apprehensive about Chuck E Cheese and reserve my arcade visits for birthday parties, but this was an impressive facility! I waited a full 10 days post-opening to bring my excited young boys and(my even more stoked) big guy to Pearland’s new CEC. Spacious and well-staffed, but it’s also quite busy for a small suburb like Pearland. So here’s what makes it so entertaining… In the back/birthday area, you’ll have 6 – 8 very long tables plus the show/stage area. Moving forward is a tiny tot spot with a mini slide and mini rides surrounded by both soft benches and mini-booths to sort-of keep your little ones contained. Elevated over that area is the(nerve-wrecking) tunnel system. Arcades for bigger toddlers to score tickets are a few yards away from the tiny tot spot and include never-me-seen virtual bowling, carriage-riding, and a horse-riding simulation. In the front/main arcade area you’ll spot ginormous kids playing skee-ball alongside basketball, baseball and games. Much more to choose from at the universal CEC price of one token! Some of these amusements are neat enough to marvel without paying the measly token to activate lights and sounds! There is pretty good visibility but rows of booths help anchor the areas quite well. The ticket counters are multi-user shaped so lines should be minimal when you’re ready to print a ticket receipt. Even more exciting was that Chuck E came out to greet the kids and toss tickets in the air. Our food service was ample… probably 10 minutes for a pizza and the salad bar was well-stocked. Several times during our meal people came to clear our trash. They keep the tables clean and ready. As cynical as I usually am with CECs — This was worth all five stars! I’ll be back, much more willing than before! Move over Dave and Busters! P. S. Extra tokens make great stocking stuffers and egg-fillers!
