For the most part I can usually find something cute here. It’s always a hit or miss for me. I’ve come in and have not been in love with one single shoe, and other times I find so many, I have to start talking myself out of some of them!
Customer service is average. They’re nice and there if you need them. Never have had a problem with them. It’s not the courteous service you would receive at like Burberry, however big difference there. Lol!

I absolutely LOVE DSW … however, I stopped in here today in between appointments to look for a pair of metallic platform sandals. I had never been in this location, but I frequent the Clear Lake location since it’s closer to home.
The store is incredibly small, as is the selection of shoes. I spent more time walking from the parking lot to the store, than I actually did inside the store. I guess I’ll stick with the Clear Lake location since it’s way larger and has way more shoes. LOL.

Not too shabby! I’m a HUGE DSW fan, just because of the selection they always have at their stores.
The only reason I’m taking off any stars at this location is that though they may have a shoe is every size imaginable, the selection is a little bare & sometimes I’ve found the place to be a bit of a mess… unfortunate, since I’m «spoiled» & go to the humongous Galleria location often which is very tidy & has a TON of different types of shoes.
The service is mediocre, nothing too overbearing, which can be good or bad I suppose. I definitely wish the handbag selection was better!!!

This is my staple business for shoes. As a member, I should probably utilize their discounts but I never remember! The prices are decent enough as it is, so I never fret.
Service is always great here. If I can’t find a pair I want, they’ll call around other locations to make sure they can hold it for me there, or vice versa.
