I was seen in the office today for runny nose and congestion for months now. I’m a bit disappointed that they couldn’t do anything for me due to the fact that I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy. Which I totally understand. They emailed me a copy of my office summary stating that they did a rapid strep on me and clearly no one had swab me during my office visit. The test and result was already sitting there from the previous patient when they had call me back to the room. I had already paid for my co-​pay for nothing and now charging my insurance for something that was not done on me. I won’t be coming back for sure!

I arrived at 1:00, knowing that their lunch break started at 1:30. I sat at the registration desk for 25 minutes, then began to get nervous that nobody was coming, so I called the number listed on the business cards on the registration table. A woman picked up who said that they were unable to take any more patients at this time as they were preparing to leave for lunch. I mentioned that I had been waiting since 1:00. She seemed surprised, but told me to come back at 2:00 anyways. I have an earache. It’s a five minute examination.
I will never try this again place again.

I’ve been to this location for an office visit several times and have always been very pleased with the service and patient care. They staff are always pleasant and professional. The service is fast and I feel very comfortable with the setting. I will continue to go here for minor sick visits in the future. Thanks RediClinic!

I forgot to add that after a few days, they give you a call (even though it’s an automated one) to see how you’re doing! Great service touch.
