Snip-its Haircuts for Kids

Had a wonderful experience here today! The ladies did a great job on both my boy’s hair cut! They were so personable and friendly to my boys! Would definitely come here again:)

Worst haircut ever — the barber either neglected instructions or was unable to use clippers. My husband paid them and left promptly to avoid a scene.
When he called back to discuss the matter, the managers were not interested in giving a refund under any circumstance and then avoided his subsequent phone calls. Being optimistic, I went up to the store to try and clear up the matter, and instead they had an associate toss $ 20 at me AND make a shockingly serious offensive remark. And she insisted the manager told her to say it. Mind you, it was Spring Break and my innocent children were right there and overheard that comment. I was so shocked… it felt disappointingly surreal. That was both unprofessional AND unethical. It was disgusting!
This was not what I would have expected having given them business for several years now. It has definitely gone down in quality and customer service. I did not deserve this sort of treatment.
What kind of neighborhood /​kid-​friendly salon is this when they react so UNETHICALLY and UNPROFESSIONALLY to a simple complaint? I am embarrassed to be victimized with disgusting tactics.
