This is a good location, very friendly staff and the parking is spacious… this location doesnt have many shady people around and you feel safe leaving ur car unlocked. you dont have to worry about your tools get jacked from your trunk…

My wife told me that she read somewhere that dogs were welcome at Home Depot. That sounded crazy to me, so she called and confirmed, indeed dogs are welcome! We just needed a couple of things, there was a huge selection of both items. The cashiers at the registers all came and loved on my dog. It was really sweet. Everyone was great at this location.

This review pertains to the gardening section. When I came here to get some soil for my Spring garden unfortunately I wasn’t greeted by the staff. They just stared at me the whole time I was shopping around which was pretty darn annoying. I did notice that it was a Bonnie’s truck unloading fresh plants to buy. All the plants they had was vibrant and living well. I didn’t spot any dead ones either. The topsoil was $ 2.04; the potting soil I got was under $ 5. That’s good to know because most people like myself don’t want to spend a bus load of money on soil. Although, the brand that I got of topsoil was ok and not what I expected. When I began to check-out likewise the cashier seemed to not care about my purchase or even shopping at the store. She failed to ask me if I found everything. She just looked at me and told me my change amount. This store obviously lacks customer service skills.

Very very slow to get any help. If they even shows up. Dont stop at this Home Depot. Keep driving down the same road and you’ll hit the lowes. They have way bettter service. The other home depot down the road in Pearland is alittle better but not much.

I have been to this Home Depot quit a few times and never have I been able to go through a traditional line with a checker. I always have to go through the self check out line every single time. Which might be fine for most people and AWESOME at Kroger or Wal-Mart, but for certain items I like and NEED an actual checker. I always end up waiting on a checker to come and verify my age for spay paint or fill in the information for nuts and bolts. Buying lumber is also requires help from the a checker who never seems to be readily available. Not that big of a deal just seems like they are understaffed. Speaking of understaffed I once literally waited twenty minutes just to get a key made. Despite being understaffed this store serves my needs and always has what I need and stock and usually have pretty good clearance sales on things.
