Horrible service. Went through the drive thru, and no one ever greeted my husband and I. After pulling my vehicle backwards then forward in case they didn’t hear the bell, we were still not greeted. Finally, I asked if anyone was there and someone came to the speaker(which turned out to be the manager). Had to wait a long time for our food, then it came out wrong, and lastly my chicken was raw! Will never go back here again!

AWFUL!!! I am so sick of wasting money on this place!!! Every time I go here something is wrong with my order! Last week I asked to add cheese and mustard… I did not receive either! Today not only are they out of mustard the lady on the speaker was rude and the young Hispanic guy at the window was rude also! I had to ask for ketchup and he acted like he was being over worked… Get ready to eat and surprise!!! No napkins!!! Ridiculous! If you can’t manage to satisfy drive thru customers… You will always be a below par employee and person! it doesn’t take a degree to smile and give napkins but maybe it should! DONOTGOHERE

If it wasn’t insulting enough to have to wait in the drive thru 25 mins for«fast food,» my jr bacon CHEESEburger came with NO cheese! First off the person taking the order asked for what I wanted, repeated it, apologized, then asked for it all over again; strike 1. The horrendous wait time; strike 2. Not getting what you paid for; strike 3. I can’t stand when people make excuses as to why things are taking so long. No need for them. Just give me food and let me go my way. The only plus was the fries were fresh, hot, and perfectly salted. Hopefully the Wendy’s on Southfork is better. This one sucks!

Unprofessional. Inaccurate. Slow. A few words that describe this Wendy’s. You need to really have a craving to go to this one. Avoid avoid avoid

Today, I took my boys to Wendy’s to give mom some me time. I ordered fries with no salt, but they ignored my request and gave me fries with a lot of salt. I found it out when I put a fry in my mouth and gagged as soon as it touch my tongue. I put it back in the cart and took it back to the counter to re-request fries without salt. The fry guy, who had acted as though I just went Matt Barnes on his mama, took my carton of fries and dumped them in the fry grease to reheat them. I fully expected them to trash the fries. I never imagined they would put them back in rotation. This is just one of the four things they screwed up on my order. Don’t go to this Wendy’s, I know I won’t.

How can you ever go wrong with Wendy’s? I will tell you how. This place needs new management. They never have anything on hand. How are you gonna have an apple pecan salad and be out of pecans… The staff always seems lost in space too(might be due to management). I ordered a chili here once, and got chili with no meat!!! Or how I like to call it, «bean soup». This place needs to get it together.

I was so excited when they opened this Wendy’s, but I have yet to try it! Seriously the wait time here is a joke! They’re incredibly slow(I always leave the drive thru after 15 mins) and once I’ve been inside, a customer was complaining to an employee, and the employee looked so confused. Sad, what a waste!

I’m pleased to say that since visiting this Wendy’s on three other occasions since my original review the experience has been better. Going inside would be a better bet then going through the drive thru in my opinion. The last time in the drive thru, I didn’t wait near as long as I did the first, but it was still longer then it should have been. The two times that I have went inside I received pretty fast, especially considering how busy they were. The burgers were good and hot on each occasions, the fries have always been hot too. I gave up on ordering my favorite menu item here, the chili because they can’t seem to make it taste right or cook it long enough to get hot. I’ll keep ordering burgers(dine in) from here though, at least they get that right.

Wait time is horrible and it’s freezing inside the restaurant. The gas station next door is warmer then it is in here. Everyone has to keep their jackets, scarfs and hats on just to stay warm. I am currently still waiting for my order that I placed 25 mins ago. I’m sorry but this will be the last time I visit this establishment.

Second time here, definitely not impressed. Food cold wife ordered a shake was served a frosty. Was told we don’t have shakes, well duh. Why didn’t they tell us when we ordered.

Came here at 8pm. Thought I’d order inside to go to beat the long drive-thru, turns out I’m waiting as long or longer than the drive-thru costumers. The dining area is dirty. No clean tables at all. There’s trash on the floor, one booth I temporarily sat in smelled like piss, and all the table tops have pieces is food on them. Really wanna leave, but I’m hungry. The chicken nuggets are super dry and the chicken in the Spicy Chicken sandwich is also dry. I know you can’t get much quality from fast food, but Wendy’s has been better.

I never thought I’d feel compelled to write a review for a fast food restaurant. But this Wendy’s is not your typical Wendy’s. I walked in and«OMG, wood floors? And a lounge with a digital fireplace? What sorcery is this?» Had I not known better, I would have thought I was at a chic coffee-shop. There were also some TV’s broadcasting CNN and Fox News, so this place was really trying hard to be more«upscale» than its sister restaurants. But what made this Wendy’s deserve 5 stars was the customer service provided– to the point where it was almost scary. At one point, an employee sweeping the floors saw that I used up all my ketchup, and offered to go get me some. I must have seemed really stupid when I took a long time to reply, because I was so caught off guard from the offer. There’s free wi-fi, so I could totally see myself coming here with my laptop to study or hang out. This Wendy’s has that type of ambiance. I hope the owners are able to maintain this restaurant’s groovy-ness!
