Always out of ice cream or the machine is broke or they’re cleaning it… I’ve given up on this location!

Could be nice because it is a newer franchise but quite simply— the place smells like backed up sewage. It wasn’t just a little hint of an odor — it was freaking ridiculously overpowering. What an appetite killer. This persisted over time and that means management is just not managing and that concerns me when it comes to food in a place where food is being prepared.
