I love Wing Stop wings but this location is absolutely terrible! Orders are never ready on time(30 – 45 minutes late). This trip my order was laying on the floor. Wasn’t even busy when I came in! No apologies, nothing. I understand things happen but this is the 3rd time in a row with issues. Last time coming to this location. Learned my lesson.

Extremely slow. Not sure why it takes them so much longer than other locations but it’s terrible. I ordered online and it told me to pick up at 3pm. I arrive at 3pm and then had to wait another HOUR because too many people ordered all at once. The excuse was«the estimate they give you online isn’t accurate». Well, either change your website or have people work faster. I had no choice but to stay and wait since I already paid for my order. Never getting wings from here again.

This is one of the WORST Wingstop locations in town. Orders are always wrong, location is ALWAYS short staffed and customer service is severely lacking. Where is management? Heed my warning, don’t go here!

This location is notorious for being slow but today they took the cake. I called ahead with my order I gave them a 40 minute advance notice and asked them can my order be ready at a certain time. I get there it still wasn’t ready. I still waited an additional 10 minutes. The manager was rude didn’t even offer an explanation but I guess thats because she was so busy on her cell phone instead of helping and managing her people in the back. Unfortunately this will be the last time I visit this location. My advice go down to the other location and Pearland it might be a little bit more of a drive but it will be less of a wait time

Slow slow slow! I put my order in 2hrs early for a pick up at 915 for just 2 combos. I showed up to find out it wasn’t ready yet, the place is small and wasn’t packed but I said ok and had a seat, I waited 30min! That’s just dumb. The point of ordering for pick up and setting a certain time is to be able to pick up at that time, give or take 5 or 10min but not 30min.

This location has a lot of trouble with losing orders. I waited over 40 minutes for a simple order. When I asked the cashier, I was told the order would be out soon. It took me asking a second time and for her to check the kitchen that they realized the order never was put in. This was very disappointing. I will not return and would not recommend this location to anyone.

The wings are almost burned and I can’t decide if the fries are under cooked or over? They’re both. The floor is different colors as if they painted it with the different sauces they offer here. The bathroom is that of a road side gas station! I highly doubt I’ll come here again.

I ordered for pick up, I received an email @ 7:38 pm that it’s ready for picked up. I arrived @7:45 pm to pick it up but ended to just pay and wait for 45 minutes. I got my wings @ 8:21 pm. The staff are nice, it seems like they are not organize in handling pick orders.

I used to go here all the time because it’s close to my house. Now I drive a little further to the Shadow Creek location. The customer service has gone down hill at the Shadow Creek location. You wait long periods for your food. The staff is not friendly and unprofessional. It tends to be kids who are more interested in their cell phones than taking your order. I’ve given them a couple of second chances. I’ve even written letters to management and NEVER received an answer. Don’t waste your time. You can get good wings at the other locations.

Skip this place for your health and sanity! I have ordered online here 3 times and each time they don’t receive my order. The online rep at the store has a f-ed up attitude. I originally got sick this past superbowl from these wings. This past Christmas eve I ordered from here due to convenience and half of my party got sick for days afrer consuming the Louisiana rub chicken wings. Thanks for ruining Christmas!!! Something isnt right with this place! If it closed tonight the world would be a better place.

Don’t expect any kind of service or acknowledgement here unless you’re like the ladies behind the counter. The staff behind the counter will not acknowledge you’re existence(especially if you’re «not like them»). I was there 10 minutes ago, and I felt insulted by this. The people who came in after me was served and greeted right away. They would rather not serve me because they think I should be at some Chinese restaurant or something.

I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews of this location. I’ve been here twice(7÷11÷14 and 7÷18÷14). For me, the food and service weren’t bad. The wait time was pretty standard both times, which is between 15 and 20 minutes. Although my order was correct and hot, the lemon pepper wings on my second visit were a bit hard and overcooked.

Unfortunately this was one of the few places open on July 4. No greeting and unless you just plainly gave your order, they would stare at you blankly. Order was repeated several times since they did not seem to understand anything. We ordered cheese fries and got regular fries(which were severely undercooked) and the wings were dry and small(seemed to be re-cooked and one piece was literally just a nub). No utensils, napkins, ketchup or any condiments were given.

I finally understand the other reviews on here. I’ve tried on three different occasions to give this place a chance and I just can’t anymore. If you order online it goes into some black hole where they don’t even acknowledge it until you arrive and as everyone else on here has mentioned, it takes a solid 45 minutes to get 10 wings and a small order of fries on a good day anyway. So if your idea of great speed and service is waiting almost an hour and a half for a 10 wing combo when the place isn’t really that busy, then by all means, enjoy. I won’t get into the service itself because there’s nothing I could say that hasn’t already been said by several others on here but if you are hurting for some wings and can put up with the awful service, you’ll be rewarded with some good chicken. That’s what the extra star is for.

Wingstop is pretty standard fare at this point. The wings, sauces and fries are all delicious. My one issue with this location was that all of traditional wings that I received with my order were all wingettes!(no drumettes). Wingettes taste fine, they’re just more difficult to and less fun to eat. They tend to be smaller, too. I hope this isn’t Wingstop cutting corners with their portions! This location is nice overall. Larger than most, with a number of tables that were all clean when we arrived.

The food was good. But the staff not so much. I walked in and all of the employees were speaking Spanish. The young lady taking orders was taking them in Spanish to the patron ahead of me. After she got done she went to the kitchen area and started cooking and never addressed me. So another lady came from the back and take my order. I asked her if the First Lady only took Hispanics orders and she took the rest, the young lady apologized and said she could have took my order but didn’t. This heavyset Hispanic girl came from the back again and only greeted the Hispanic customers. I will not be attending this wingstop again

The restaurant is decent, the staff seems pleasant and they have a good product but they have really got to work on prep time. I pre-ordered my wings last night(fairly standard order — two combos etc.) and 45MINUTES later the wings were ready when I was first quoted a 15 minute«ready-time».
