Yep, I’m officially done with this location. Another delivery driver who isn’t competent enough to remember to bring the sauces for the side items showed up tonight. Guy knocks on my door, has me sign and tip for the pizza, drops the boxes in my hands without showing me the contents, and runs off before I notice anything is wrong. The quality of the food itself has also just been getting worse and worse lately. Pizza was very stiff, with cheese that looked like plastic. Avoid this location at all costs.

I ordered my pizza at 6:48. I did it online and asked for delivery. The confirmation email quoted me a delivery time of 7:08. At 8:10 I called the store to see where my food was. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes while being bounced from person to person. The final person I spoke with told me that the store was closed and that I would have to pick up from another location. She was unapologetic and offered no help. So basically I waited almost two hours for nothing! I will never order from this location again!

Horrible. Horr-​i-​ble! Every single time I order a pizza it takes over an hour to get here. Tonight I ordered a pizza at 8:25, and was given an ETA of 9:05. At 9:25 I called to see what was going on and was told the delivery guy had just left 5 mins prior. Pizza arrived at 9:45. I live 5 – 10 mins away. I paid online with a credit card and the guy brings me a receipt to sign with a pencil and my pizza was cold! My spicy bbq wings had no bbq sauce. I will definitely order Papa John’s from now on.

Pizza is good. But I ordered online and had to wait 30 minutes in the store for my pizza to be done! That means it wasn’t even started cooking when it was supposed to be ready for pickup. There were probably half a dozen people who also came in while I was waiting and not one of their orders was ready either.

screwing up orders is what they do best. when i called to figure out what was going on, they said that there «wasn’t a manager on duty.» ummm… ok? had to go in person to get a refund for a disgusting pizza we didn’t order. papa john’s for life after this experience!

Absolutely terrible service at this location. They missed part of my order. I called to talk to the service manager 3 times. I never recived a response. And then I recive the remainder of my order over an hour later. The food was cold and not edible. Poor customer service. The manager «Buddy» hung up on me when discussing the issue. Please do not choose this location if you can. You will regret it.

If there was ½ a star I’d put it. Food was ok but we were missing $ 8 worth of sauces. When the manager was contacted he started yelling the second he came on the phone and essentially told me he could do nothing, and hung up. He was very aggressive and rude. This is now our second issue with them. I would NOT suggest ordering from here, unless you want to be on hold forever and then get yelled at for their mistake.

Terribleee, an hour and 20 min. Went through previous reviews and decided to order anyways bc we wanted stuffed crust. COMPLETELY NOT WORTH IT. Pizza was cold, missing sauces I paid for, and lateee. I live 5 minutes away.

I always have a great transactional experience at this location. It’s easy to order and pay for pizza. I wished that I could say the same for the Dominoes which is also located on Shadow Creek Pkwy.

Something/​someone must have changed because service and delivery are top notch now. Pizzas ready for pick up in 15 minutes on a Friday at 7pm? Delivery times shortly after that? Perfect.

Ordered delivery through the website but the wait time was 1 ½ hours so we decided to pick up the pizza instead. I called immediately after placing the online order and was put on hold for 15 minutes before I could speak with the manager. She told me it would take another 45 minutes to make the pizza (1 large). I never knew pizza took that long to make… I understand they are busy but they need a better system. Next time, I’ll look for a better option when I’m craving pizza.
