The Mulberry Pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had! I love the chicken park sandwich as well, the bread is perfect! It’s a bit pricey, but worth every penny!

I come here often for lunch because it’s pretty quick and the food is good. I just love the Greek salad, it’s probably one of my favorite salads in pearland. Love the fresh bell pepper that comes on it. The cheese on it?. Oh my I could just eat the cheese! I always get it with blue cheese dressing. That is excellent as well, especially when I dip the bread in it! The bread has garlic on it and oh my gosh is it tasty! It’s always fresh and warm and it just makes me happy lol. The Mediterranean salad is my second favorite, the sun dried tomatoes and artichokes on it really makes that salad. The ziti they make is Sooo rich and Sooo good! Oye if I wasn’t always on a diet, I’d eat that ziti everyday! It’s a lunch portion they serve but it’s a full big plate of food you get. Great for leftovers! Oh the minestrone soup? Oh my gosh. Best I’ve ever had! So filling and great as leftovers as well. It’s full of veggies and is so tasty. So good that when you’re done with it, you want to get up and order a bowl to go! I wish I ate pizza more often lol this review has nothing to do with pizza! This is NOT just a pizza place!

Ordered a build your own medium veggie pizza that cost $ 38. Took an hr & a half for delivery & was cold. No flavor/cheese, raw kale & barely any sauce. After a healthy dose of mozzarella, Goat Cheese, & Italian seasoning… it was edible. Goes without saying, we won’t order again. YOU’VEBEENWARNED

The planets have to be in perfect alignment on a blue moon for these people to «receive» your online order. Twice I have placed online orders with them while busy at work, and twice they claimed they never received the order– after I called wondering where my food was of course. This place has very poor customer service and they need to get there Sh** together– they are giving the franchise a bad name! Even through their food is pretty good, don’t mess with the hassel– there are plenty of other options in the Pearland area!!!

Pros They sell pizza Cons Managers poor customer service Looooonnnnnggggg deliver times Average quality Really only had delivery once, took 1:45 to arrive. Tried ordering 3 times since my first experience, to give them another chance, but each time they have an issue. Sunday at 3:30, doesn’t deliver til after 5. Don’t have appetizers, it’ll be a 2 hour wait for delivery. DANG talk about a place doing its best to send away customers. I loved this franchise in midtown but giving it up in Pearland. Good luck.

The Guy that manages/owns the place is not very customer centric. I think it’s more of a cultural thing with him but he really does need to adapt if you want to stay in business here in the«New World». The pizza is good although it takes a little while for to get out to you but it’s good best in the area I’ve had thus far. Overall they get you what you ordered and don’t appear to drop it on the floor, so I guess I’m happy and plan on returning.

Excellent clean place to eat and drink freshly baked PIZZA. Tomato soup is great the service is awesome. Time is a little longer but that’s because everything is being prepared as ordered. Great selection of wines makes this place perfect for a romantic evening.

We recently moved to the area and I happen to find this place while just driving around and was excited as we’ve had their pizza before and loved it. However, we were dissapointed about this location for a few reasons. DONOT order the calamari, tough and rubbery and expensive for the amount they put on the plate(I forced myself to eat it just because of cost and my wife was hungry) The pizza was OK but just a little bit better than any chain pizza joints… I probably opt for another pizza option in the future and not return to the location as it was not worth the money as I would suggest anyone who ask me for my opinion on this location, it appears like this place is hit or miss. The staff member there was there was a friendly guy so that help the rating slightly.

Four stars because of its location and price. $ 20 for a large pepperoni is high compared to competitors and sometimes non-consistent quality. BUT, I admit this is the best pizza in Pearland. I love New York style thin pizza and they’ve got it good. It’s not Brothers or Franks, but it is a 5 star thin pizza most of the time. Man, I want one right now!

While our pizza was okay, and it was clearly quality ingredients(that basil was fresh!)… We were highly disappointed. Yeah, we ordered the gluten free crust, so we weren’t expecting the most delectable thing of our lives. But, step one is to receive what you ordered — our pizza was delivered without the sauce and 2 toppings we had ordered. Still, okay, well eat it. But, our 2 friends with 2 separate orders waited 2.5 hours for their deliveries. Not okay. For 20 $, I can get a much better pizza somewhere else.

This was our first time trying this restaurant. Order Process: Order was placed online and was sent an email confirming order received. Also stated it would be done in 20 minutes. Got there 30 minutes after expecting to just pick up order but it wasn’t done. I realized later they hadn’t started my order. When I brought it up to their attention they blamed it on the web ordering system even though it was now 20 minutes past the confirmed time. Food: When I get home the calamari wasn’t fully cooked and some parts were actually cold. Caprese salad was soggy, chicken piccatta was bland, and gnocchi was unimpressive. I want to go back for the pizza however next time we want Italian we’re going to give other joints a look first.

When I first moved to Pearland, I was excited to see this place. We use to live Midtown and would go to the New York Pizzeria there all the time and loved it. We decided to try this one and decided not to stay because they didn’t have any alcohol. Yesterday, the Manager came to my work and was passing out coupons and menus for delivery. Yay!!! I got excited since we have to depend on delivery quite often at work. During lunch, I went and ordered the large slice of Greek pizza and a Ceasar salad to take back to the office. The Greek pizza was no where near what I use to get at the Midtown location. The Ceasar salad was not good. But, it was 100% better than Dominoes or Pizza Hut. I will definitely order from here in the future for Delivery in the future. When speaking to the manager, he also said you are welcome to take your wine into the restaurant if you dine in. I plan on trying it out one evening just to see. I know this is a chain but I feel as though it is out of the way where not many people are able to give it a chance. Perhaps if they had more business they would have more employees per shift and the service would be better.

Read the previous poor reviews and thought of check it out anyway. Mostly because I was hungover and it was right near my hotel. Stumbled in around 8:00 on a Saturday. They were doing brisk delivery and take out business, but there were only 6 people dining in other than me. The pseudo-healthy high maintenance morons in front of me huffed out after being informed there was no more gluten-free dough. Good riddance, punk ass. So I order, grab a drink, and sit. Right minutes later the app arrives. Not bad timing. Pretty decent. Cheesy garlic bread and sauce. It was different, and decent. 8 more minutes and my big-ass giant slice of pizza arrived. I like simple gluten-laden cheese pizza. And this was an okay slice. A little short on sauce, and less-than-stellar crust but not bad by any means. I’m a fan of sauce. That red gold should end up on my shirt, and define the pie. All-in-all; I’ve had better and worse pizza. Service was good. Place was clean. Food was served fast. I’ll be back to sample pasta.

The food place is really weird. The service is sketchy and I haven’t been there in very long. I probably won’t be eating from there ever again.

Average pizza at best. The only thing not average about Russos is their giant party size pizza.

My one and only experience here at this restaurant happened a few months back. First, this pizza is supposed to be «artisan-on-the-go» and it’s a little pricey so I was expecting something good. We ordered the classic margherita pizza which turned out to be on their gluten-free menu. OK, no prob, there’s even gluten free dog food. SO, I ordered the pizza and off I went to pick it up. I stopped at the local grocer thinking that the pizza would definitely be ready by the time I pulled up. WRONG! I waited another 10 minutes or so, although I was originally quoted about 14 minutes for the ready-time. When the pizza came out, I checked the box to make sure it was correct. Lo and behold, the pizza crust was burnt. Not just burnt but, black. Incinerated. Crispy. Double-broiled. You get the picture. I brought it to the attention of one of the workers and he assured me that it wasn’t burnt and he said that’s what all the pizzas looked like. He insisted that’s what it was supposed to look like that, although when I broke off a piece of the crust to taste, there was clearly a hint of charcoal briquette. So, I call BS. I asked him to show me another pizza that was just like my «bbq’d» crust and he stopped in his tracks. Before I got too escalated, the manager stepped in and took this pizza and said that he would just have the pizza made again. He said that unfortunately the rice flour(gluten-free) crust was difficult to get just right without paying very close attention. Why wasn’t I just told that the first time? Miraculously, the new pizza came out just right and off I went. However, I wasn’t feeling the worker trying to make feel stupid or like I was seeing things, especially when the pizza was $ 25.

A friend and I came in for a late lunch and ordered the brick oven style 16″ pizza. we devoured it, no mercy. This place is pretty good, lots of cool pictures on the wall, the staff was nice and they had a good variety of items on the menu. We would come back here.
