Amici Pizzeria

Since moving up from NYC could not find a decent pizza place. Tried many local places and either got sick or it tasted horrible. Amicis is NYC style pizza. Absolutely delicious sauce and cheese mix with a perfect crust. New goto for pizza night.

Back for more pizza and it was just as good as before. Crisp and well cooked dough, not too much cheese, nice flavour sauce. Reheated well the next day too. Every time I’ve ordered takeout the pizza had been perfect.

Whenever I come back to visit my hometown, I stop here for 2 slices and a beef patty with cheese. Heck I would even fly back for one day to have a Sicilian slice from here. I can’t get the same greasy, cheesy goodness like this out West. Even the sandwiches are excellent. Hands down the best pizzeria in Northern Westchester.

Best pizza I ever had!!! Sauce is flavorful crust is thin. great selection of toppings. And the prices are reasonable.

Excellent NYC quality pizza at good price. I had a slice with sausage and my better half had the pepperoni. Real Italian sausage used (not the crumbled crap) and quality pepperoni. Not really much of a dining area but in line with your standard deli/​pizza joint

Great place ! Ordered on grub hub and the food came so fast ! Fresh ! Big big portions omg ! The calamari was AMAZING ! My boyfriend ordered the buffalo wings he loved it ! Highly recommended place definitely ordering again

Excellent food and great take out service. Most importantly their prices are fair. I recommend their pizza one of the best in town.

food is great and affordable, my favorites are the plain pizza and their hamburgers are absolutely amazing. only con is the delivery guy was always a bit grumpy.

Best pizza in the Peekskill area. Wishing the attitude on the phone was better. The guy who picks up the phone is grumpy everytime. I suck it up for the pizza.

This is one of the better pizza spots in Peekskill, however the clerk has on a couple of occasions been snarky and rude over the phone.

Pretty good pizza I actually like the thin crust. Didn’t much care for the mozz sticks… regular pizza is better than where we usually get it. Mmmm

Very small pizzeria in a shopping center. Pizza and side dishes are tasty and well prepared. Never had delivery from here. Always went and picked it up. Only downside (just a preference): slices are super paper –thin. However, the ingredients are really good and the pizza is very consistent. If you like thin crust, then this place is well worth the trip.

I haven’t ordered from them in about 5 years. When last ordering a pie for take out after returning home to the family, we found a pen cap in the cheese. We ended up tossing the pizza out. Yuck!!!

Awesome! Great thin crust pizza! Was looking to try places in my new neighborhood and the Unilocal reviews caught my attention on this one so I decided to try it. We got the «fisherman’s pizza» with clams, calamari and shrimp. Loved it! I agree with the other reviewers that this is a close to NYC pizza as you will find in this area. I’ve been searching for thin crust pizza for a while and this one is definitely a winner in my opinion! I’m thinking next time I will get just the plain cheese. Reminds me of being in NYC again!
The staff is very friendly and the place is small inside, but it’s a great spot to grab a couple of slices or maybe a pie to go. Also they have a sit down restaurant attached which I will try next time!

Robert had recommended this place to me a while ago, I finally got to try it and he was right. They have the best pizza int he area.
The ‘large’ pizza is actually large — not just a medium sized box with pizza cut into 8 slices.
The staff is really nice too.

wedges, salads, pasta dishes, calamari everything here is the best italian in peekskill. Oh did I mention the working boss is Italian not mexican or albanian?!
I have only had one bad experience due to a lack of communication in the hispanic kitchen, it won’t happen again.
The only downside is the delivery guys all hang out in the joint side of this place (it does not bother me I could see it bothering others).
the restaurant is excellent, nice ambience, great food, good service.
My favorite is the paste bolognese, no it’s not just a meatsauce!
Bring a friend or especially a date its a sexy place!

Been going here all my life while I live near many other pizza places. The pizza is always delicious and the chicken alla vodka is AMAZING, only place I know that portions the meal out to be 60% chicken and 40% pasta, very worth it. only complaint is if you eat inside the place (idk if its one of the owners, worker, or just the local dude who hangs around the place all day) but this one guy can be obnoxious making it uncomfortable.
p.s The White Slices or Pie are great and not oily or as greasy as many other establishment *Cough* forno’s…

Usually, Shopping Centers are centers for bad things and occurances
–You get the usual «Bad Strip Mall Slice»
–Your car gets dinged up by a pick-​up truck
–You get arrested for smoking weed
–Your highschool girlfriend gets preggers
–You miss the bar mitzvah bus and your Mom wont drive you

You find a good secret slice spot– AMICIS
Damn!- real good, elements of Bronx Style mixed with New Haven Apizza style cornmeal and dalmatian tinged bottom. will be back.

Our favorite for pizza. Thin crust, always good.
Delivery or take-​out. We’ve even had pies delivered to a softball game.
