First off, I have never eaten crepes before, so I was hesitant to try them out. We had a few plates for my wife’s birthday get together and they were a major hit! Very light. Not too buttery or sweet. Perfectly balanced. The licorice filling was a complete surprise and had a nutty creamy texture, which again was not overly sweet, but completely delicious. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to bring something special to a party or dinner. These crepes are a perfect way to enhance any gathering with a touch of the exotic.

I’m already looking forward to the next occasion to order the «Galette des Rois». The almond cake was so beautiful and delicious that it turned my simple Sunday dinner into a most memorable event! I know J’adore Baking will be a part of many family meals to come. Seriously, yum! I haven’t stopped thinking about it all week!
