Let me help you out. Less sauce on your pizza. If you do that we have a winning product. As it stands it’s too saucy and overly greasy. You may need different cheese, but I would try saucing less first. It’ll reduce the grease factor and result in a better pizza.

A quick lunch between pinball and video games, Suppa’s provided a yummy, crispy-bottom pizza with a fine sauce. My two male compadres decided on meat-lovers pizza and it did not disappoint. The large was enough for three people, with 2 slices to spare.

New to the area and was trying to find a pizza place that delivered to my house in Dracut, MA. Found them and prayed I’d like the pizza because I have a very picky palate, especially for pizza. Loved how the delivery driver had an American flag attached to the bed of his truck but that has nothing to do with the taste of the food. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Simple. It was quite large with large slices but the crust was thin in the middle and thick along the outer edge. It was immensely greasy. I’ve never seen a pizza with a grate underneath it to help with the grease from soaking through the box. The«look» of the pizza reminded me of NY style pizza, and I’m NOT a fan of that style. The only good thing to say about it was the pepperoni. Very tasty. I would not eat pizza from them again. I’d try something else on the menu but only a few more chances on other menu items and if I’m disappointed, I won’t be a customer of theirs.

Right next to the best arcade or maybe the last arcade lies suppas pizza. Came here to grab a bite before heading in to the arcade, thinking just another pizza shop, no way. Ordered the Italian special pizza, loaded with meatballs, sausage, bacon, delicious! Also tried on another trip a steak and cheese sub with mozerella sticks and french fries very food, highly recommend, also the staff was friendly and helpful too.

My husband came in tonight and picked up a large pizza with ½ cheese– ½ mushroom & pepperonis, and some buffalo tenders. The pizza was delicious. The buffalo tenders were super spicey, they were really tasty. We have been somewhat disappointed with pizza in Pelham in general. So we are very happy to have found our new place to order take out from!!! I would also like to add about how great the service was. From the looks of it, it seems like it is a family run business. They wanted to make sure our puzza was cooked correctly and were so accomadating. They really went above and beyond. I would most definitely recommend Suppas Pizza!!!

I live in Salem, NH for the past 7 years. When I went there, Suppa’s pizza was owned by the previous owners. Their employees weren’t really welcoming. I had called for delivery one night and I was told they wouldn’t deliver to Salem, which is the next town over. I recently heard that they had«New Owners» and I figured I’d give it another try. First off, let me start by saying that the current owners who took over Suppa’s Pizza are awesome! They had no problem delivering to Salem, of course I only live a few minutes away from Pelham, but still! The customer service was great! I’ve also noticed that the pizza has been very consistent and it doesn’t taste different every time I order pizza. I’m very pleased with the change and the new owners!

This used to be a 4 or 5 star place. Have lived in Pelham for a bit, and the old place delivered well, and we enjoyed the food, as well as visiting there before or after a visit to the Pinball Wizard Arcade. The new ownership team apparently got rid of the good drivers, and changed the staff cooking the food. The drivers now take double the time, and have forgotten food and drinks, and to get them to go back and fetch, took far too long. The Pizza now is generally burned on the crust, and mush on top, it falls apart, and not in a good way, the grease is visible, and the cheese /toppings just fall off the dough. The Sandwiches have also changed, much less cheese and meat, and toasted doesn’t mean burned. Lastly, we were overcharged, and it was a hassle getting our refund. I would avoid at all costs.

The Italian sub meat had some tough string(the skin?) on it so my first bite pulled out all of the meat. I had to tear this string like substance off and reassemble the sub before I could eat. There was so much dressing that the sub roll was basically impossible to hold. This was my meal. The chicken ceasar wrap was pretty good, though I had to double check the order before leaving as the extra dressing requested was not in the bag. Always check your order. This was not my meal. The meatball sub was excellent. This was not my meal. I did have a bite, and it was delicious. Overall two stars — we used to go here often when they first opened but were consistently let down by the quality. We rarely go here now, and there is usually a problem with at least one thing we order. It’s too bad — the location is great, prices are average, the staff seem nice. The original owners, the Suppa’s, are really nice people so we tried to support them as a local small business, but now that it’s new ownership, I doubt we’ll go back.

My review will be more about the customer service than the food. I have had Suppa’s just a few times but each time the pizza was consistent and delicious. It’s a bit greasy but that’s pizza. I like a fluffy crust and theirs definitely delivers. I also like the fact that they include garlic sauce which most places don’t bother to anymore. Now onto why I’m writing this review. I had stopped in to pick up dinner to bring to my brother’s house. There was a new girl on the counter but she was being supervised. Everything went fine until the next day I noticed my credit card was charged about $ 8 more than what my receipt was for. Mistakes happen; not a huge deal. I called Suppa’s and a girl answered. I explained the wrong charge and she immediately apologized and took my name and number. About a half hour later the owner, Stephen, called me. He again apologized and explained that the girl on the counter was new and that he would have his wife call as soon as she was able because she handled the credit cards. I received a call from Melissa about an hour after that. She again apologized and explained how the refund process would work. I am immensely impressed with the quality of customer service. Most places would utter an insincere sorry and refund the card. Three separate people took time out of their days to make sure that the error was corrected and that I understood why it happened and how they will prevent it in the future. That speaks volumes to me and I will be returning next time we need a quick meal and are in Pelham.

Went here today for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised! Having recently cut gluten from my diet for health reasons, I’ve been struggling with cravings for sandwiches! Then I found out that Suppa’s offers gluten free bread and dough for pizzas! I got a BLT on their gluten free bread and it was amazing. The only downside is that they can only provide large sized sandwiches in the gluten free which isn’t ideal, but I now have leftovers for lunch tomorrow! Other than the size of the sandwich, they filled that thing to the brim if explosion. There was so much bacon which is great compared to many placed which really skimp out on the good stuff. The bread was great too! I will definitely pick Suppas when my boyfriend wants to go with a sub/pizza. I can’t wait to try other sandwiches and their gluten free pizza!

THUMBSDOWN… ZEROSTARS(I had to put 1 star in order to post review) to the new owners at Suppas Pizza in Pelham, NH the«new» ownership has only been in business less than two weeks and their business practice and customer service skills are questionable at best… not to mention the girl making pizza, subs and taking dirty filthy money without gloves all while wearing a thong! Nice that you chose to give yourself a tip because fyi… your food or your service doesn’t justify it!!! I guess if it is the owners son… it’s ok to steal from customers!!!. Says the«owner» Stephen Ragonese… because in confronting him with this«stealing» there were several«excuses» as to why this happened… his son wouldn’t do this, they got a new system(that apparently punches in the number 13 not 9, along with several others…“but not his sons fault the machine made the error” IFYOUKNOWANYTHINGABOUTCHARGEMACHINESYOUHAVETOGOBACKINTOTHETRANSACTIONNUMBERANDADDTHETIPAFTERTHEINITIALTRANSACTION!!! PEOPLE, YOUNEEDTOCHECKYOURRECEIPTSANDBANKACCOUNTS. BEWARE… Suppas likes to overcharge you, give you the wrong change«accidently» and add their own tips to pick up orders… But again, it’s the owners son so it’s no big deal… funny thing is They ask if you want a copy of your receipt, if you say«no» they can add whatever they want and you have no proof.(Because, they reprint the second copy of receipt anyway) If you say«yes» to the receipt, they still add a few dollars for their pocket in hopes you don’t notice the few dollars in your bank statement. If you don’t look at your bank statement, you will not notice they added to your slip,. Way to start«fresh»… That’s one way to make money… STEALITFROMYOURCUSTOMERS!!!

This place was a big disappointment. The big Superman ‘S’ logo out front must stand for«Suck». They were out of regular Sunkist soda and when I asked the older guy with the ponytail behind the counter for some he gives me grief and says, «What about the orange stuff over there?» «That’s diet» I reply. «What’s the difference?» he replies. Nice. When we get our food, there is almost no meat on the chicken fingers. And the pizza would’ve been better if they hadn’t used so much dough. The fried pickles are spears and not slices which is great if you’re into scalding hot pickle juice. So aside from the bad attitude and lousy food, this place also is very uncomfortably hot if you eat inside. They need a fan or something because it was SUPER hot inside and cooler outside. Maybe that’s what the ‘S’ is for.

My husband and I love Suppa’s, but tonight’s order was awful. I usually order a tuna sub with lettuce, tomato and onion and they remind me of a Nadeau’s sub, even sprinkling pepper on it! Tonight my sub looks like a barbarian put it together :(onion chunks that are not even fully cut, tomatoes falling out of it, and the bread was even coming apart at the bottom. VERY disappointed Suppa’s! Don’t slack just because it’s almost the end of the night!

Worst pizza I ever ate! I used 14 napkins just to dab the greese off of it. The crust was soggy and the cheese fell right off. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and thought it would be fine. But for $ 9.50 you might as well go to a gas station and get pizza there. Please do not waste your money and eat here.

Remember only one thing when ordering any sub that have meat in them. Where’s the beef, where’s the vegies, if you like only bread, then this is your place.

Honestly when Suppas first came to Pelham we thought it was great. Now, every time we order it gets worse. Fries are always soggy, Pizza is just OK, Mozzarella sticks taste like they are microwaved. Subs are better, but not great. Very friendly, food is just not good. I would rather go to any other pizza place in town, but because of the variety on their menu we always give it another try. Our expectations are low, and they always do not meet our expectations. To top it off, we end up spending like $ 50 every time we order– by far the most expensive pizza place in town. All set.

Can’t say I would come back. Have given this place a few chances and they have never failed to disappoint! They constantly screw up our orders and to top it off, when you ask for a lg. bacon double cheese steak sub they might put 1 piece of cheese in the whole sub! I am not sure why they call it a double cheese?

When I heard that Suppa’s Pizza & Subs opened up a second location in Pelham, I was very excited about it since I’ve enjoyed their heavy NY style pizzas at their Lowell MA pizza shop. Suppa’s(with the big Superman logo) is located in the Hannaford Plaza next door to Pinball Wizard Arcade, where I can spend lots of time and tokens playing my favorite classic arcade games and grab a great tasting pizza afterwards. The menu here is the same as the Lowell location including 12″ and 18″(3 lb) NY style pizzas, calzones, hot & cold subs(8″ &12″&2′), steak bombs, salads, pasta dinners, smokehouse dinners, fried seafood(Thurs-Sat), appetizers, and Coke products. They offer an interesting variety of specialty pizzas including the Big Mac, Fat Chicken, Cheese Explosion, Chicken Alfredo, Teriyaki Steak, Italian Stallion, and more. The steak subs are 2 lbs including their signature sub is the deep fried steak stick, shaved steak & mozarella wrapped in pizza dough and deep fried to perfection. See the menu and pricing at The difference at this location is the meals tax is a bit higher at 9 percent in NH. There’s also seating for eating in and a flatscreen TV in the corner. After spending a good hour playing video games at Pinball Wizard Arcade, I was getting hungry and I went next door to Suppa’s to order my favorite pie, a small 12″ Italian Stallion Pizza($ 13.08 with tax). After I placed my order, I went back to the arcade to use up the rest of my tokens and played some Ms. Pac Man and Q-Bert. I returned 15 minutes later and the pizza was all set, fresh hot out of the oven! This pizza was heavy and piled on with pepperoni, salami, sliced meatballs, sliced sausage, ricotta, provolone, garlic, tomato sauce, and mozzarella with a thin firm crust on the bottom and thick edges. Sooo good tasting, yet sooo bad for you. I enjoyed a fresh slice out of the pizza box and it was very tasty and very filling. It was like enjoying a piece of homemade meat lasagna in the form of a NY style pizza. On my next visit, I’m definitely getting a big Deep Fried Steak Stick Sub! I’ve tried the other pizza places in town and Suppa’s Pizza is hands down the best pizza I’ve had in Pelham! CLOSED on Mondays FACEBOOK:
