Probably the last time I will ever eat here. I had a long morning and decided to give this location a try since I was starved. (It’s been a WHILE) The lomo saltado I ordered (priced at $ 14) was overcooked and the meat was bland and cut way too thick. The fries are NEVER fresh here. Always just an old batch they re-​heat. Salad is blah and had way too many onions. Hate to say it, but Pollo is way more bang for your buck. Also, I would take a look at their health inspections list because I saw they had numerous violations in the past.

I have to admit, I read the reviews about the terrible service and didn’t believe it. It is true. The service is quite poor. From the moment my order was taken I was given so much attitude, for absolutely no reason. Then when I checked out, the window was slammed in my face as I placed my food down to then ask the lady for napkins (which weren’t in my bag). The window literally stayed shut for 7 – 8 minutes so I drive away. Wow. Rude

Chicken is good most of the time. .but the customer service is horrible. … every time you ask for something they act as they are doing you a favor.. most unfriendly staff I’ve ever seen and this goes to most La Granja including the one on Pines and Flamingo.

The food is pretty good. The lomo saltado and seafood soup are the most solid thing on their menu. The reason they are getting such a low rating is their terrible customer service and I do mean terrible! Everyone in my family and extended family has had an issue with LA granja. We have all decided not to return. See for yourself if you dare.

This place is amazing. The chicken is so tasty and delicious. The black beans are flavorful and the sauces complement the meal. If you are visiting South Florida you have to come here, specifically this location for their rotisserie chicken!

This place is a blessing from heaven. This specific specific location in particular. For $ 8.96 you get the best meal around, it’s almost too good to be true. It all starts with the seasoning they use for the chicken. So flavorful it’ll have your taste buds doing the whip dance. Watch them whip, watch them nene. Next, the chicken is slow roasted on the rotisserie, absolutely perfectly cooked. The meat is so juicy it literally comes right off the bone. These guys know how to flourish and if you did too then you would never go back to Pollo tropical and make your way over to La Granja. #SeeYaLater

Hot, fresh, delicious food! My first time dining at this La Granja was a great experience. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. The food tastes home cooked and the prices are oh, so affordable. A complete meal with a drink is around $ 10 and the portions are more than generous. The cashier and the manager are friendly and offer helpful suggestions. I am a big fan of Peruvian food so I will definitely return. I heard from other customers that the ceviche is really good so I will try that next time. This place totally exceeded my expectations. I am one happy customer.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I went in to order and walked to the manager was standing at the register. I went up to him and said hello. Instead of answering he walked away and followed 2 men out the door and started talking to them. I looked around for someone to help me and there where two women beside the kitchen who I made eye contact with that refused to come up and take my order. After a few minutes I left!!! This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. Their customer service is the worst! And their food isn’t great either. Although this one is closer to where I live, I’d rather go to the one farther down pines blvd. Don’t spend your money on food served by rude and disrespectful people!

Omg! The worst service ever! I went threw the drive thru and the lady that was handling the register and orders had some nasty nasty attitude!!! On top of the fact that she made me wait 5 mins to order! I couldn’t believe how she was screaming at me!!! I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisors and she started screaming even more and didn’t call him. Stating he was gone! She argued with me for 10 mins before taking my order! Until I told her I didn’t want to speak with her anymore and get me someone else! Finally when the other person came she calmed down! I felt so disrespected! I will never go back there at all. Talk about NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I usually love la Granja because of the great taste in food and affordable prices. However, the location in the intersection of Pines and 172nd Ave is the worst La Granja location I have ever eaten at, besides being disgustingly dirty. The food was horrible. The ceviche was one piece of fish cut in chunks not even cut properly, quarter chicken was dry and disgusting. I was pretty disappointed. It was an insult to Peruvian Food. And not even mention how DIRTY and UNSANITIZE was the PLAY GROUND!!! PLEASEEE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE. I will never go back to that horrible location.

Good price, excellent service, the taste is exquisite. I usually go very often because the food is GREAT, service great. The drive thru takes longer than the junk fast food, but it is a REAL GOOD food and delicious !!!, if you take out worth waiting a little for good food, I recommend it 100%.
Buen precio, excelente el servicio, el sabor es exquisito. yo suelo ir muy seguido por que la comida es buenísima, el servicio genial, el Drive Thru toma mas tiempo que los fast junk food, pero es comida auténtica y deliciosa !!!, vale la pena esperar un poco por BUENA COMIDA lo recomiendo 100%.

La Granga! What can I say but when I’m not in the mood to cook and want some good food at a reasonable price its hard to beat them. We love the lomo salteado familiar for take out. Everything is cooked to order so you know its recently cooked and not sitting under a heat lamp. No 5his is not 5 star dining experience and it doesnt pretend to be. Its great for a quick bite for lunch or just one of the lazy nights you dont want to cook. Good seafood, beef or chicken. They wont disappoint.

Always a great experience, with friendly service and hot, fresh, tasty food. You can’t beat their prices and quantity. I’m never disappointed here. They usually know my order before I ask. Great location!
