Awesome and very friendly staff. After going to them, I know I will never go back to big chains like sports authority or dick’s to get any service or accessories for my bike. Brought my bike in on a slow afternoon and got it tuned up because whoever assembled it did a very bad job. Got everything done on my bike that I needed in a very small hurt period of time and didn’t even charge me for the services, only the parts. Was even nice enough to say that I can go home and try the new bike saddle and if I didn’t like it I can always come back and exchange for another one. Plus all the adjustments they did, not even one noticeable scratch on my bike unlike the last place I got things done.

It feels like the neighborhood bike shop. Advice is what you need to know and done with care. Weekly bike rides that mixed both A and B level riders and will focus on teaching you how to ride as a group.

This is a great place to service your bike. Customer service is impeccable. I went in for a problem I was having with one of the gears on my tri-​bike and the owner fixed it on the spot. And the best part is he didn’t charge a cent since it was such a basic fix! Any other place would’ve easily charged some ridiculous fee and have me leave the bike overnight, but this place is very welcoming and honest and I will definitely do future tune-​ups here. I very highly recommend Pembroke Cycle Inc.

Pembroke Cycle is great! I had my Hybrid bike serviced here, and it came back to me flawless at one of the best prices in the area. Overall it is a very good shop, John and his team are all very nice and friendly. If you live in West Pines go here.

We found this shop after the one on Sheridan where we bought our bikes closed down. The owner has fixed our bikes himself both times we have been in there. Service is quick, usually one day turn around. He is friendly, honest and reasonable with prices. They even offer free delivery and pick-​up in the local area. He repairs all brands and carries a nice assortment of bikes. The store is open every day except Monday!
