Subway

This location sucks! They advertise that they are open 24hours and yet no one is ever there. Save your time and money. A short drive down the street to the Sheridan location is well worth it.

Subway is one of those places that no matter which one you enter you can count on your sandwich tasting the same with the same ingredients.
This location is always busy. The staff is made up of students from high school to college Peeps. I read some of the reviews regarding the cleanliness of the store and while I don’t 100% disagree the majority of the time it’s around the soda machine. It would benefit the management team to rotate the cleaning of the front and build a schedule so it can be maintained. The last two times I’ve been in there the manager was sitting at a booth working on her computer. Our employees lead by example.
I’ve always had positive interactions with the staff. Friendly and greet you with a smile!

The place is not as nice and tidy as it used to be anymore the (Blatt management) if they still own the place has let the place to decline. Employees don’t change gloves, rub the cutting knives against the edge of the counter rather than rinsing it that takes a few seconds. Small yet very important hygienic things. Not to mention keepinh the bathroom clean. You can’t change the customers, but can change employees until you get a good crew.

Sorry to agree with Orlando C. The employee (Lucas) who served us was totally disinterested. Lacked sleep? Star is solely for the food.

Employees and even district manager are not what Subway is known for. Unfortunately extremely bad service. Had to give a star because no less is available. Don’t go there just go to the one on Sheridan.

Every time I go there with my family we experience really crapy service. I have been there about 5 times and each time it sucks. I have seen flies flying around and once the waiter even tried to swat it with the cheese he was going to put on the bread. Stay away is my advice.
