Dunkin’ Donuts

Most unreliable Dunkin ever. It’s always a hit or miss in the mornings. Either no service at all or the line takes forever, and forget drive through. It’s ridiculous.

Worst Dunkin donuts in the history of dunkin freaking donuts. We just left there on a Sunday at 6pm and they have ONE freaking type of donut left. Some jelly crap that no one wants to eat obviously. They close at 10, so for the next 4 hours there is basically really nothing to sell except coffee. Unacceptable for a place with donuts in its name. This location is no longer ²⁴⁄₇ and that is exactly why. We have frequented this one because of location and this is usually what happens. The one on Miramar and the one on sheridan always have at least something in stock even if it’s not your favorite. Also, we went this past Friday to get a coffee at around 930 and the guy told us we were his last customers for the night. Really? Because the sign says you close at 10, yet when we pulled up all the lights were already off and it wasn’t even 9:40. We have often stopped by here after work between 5−7pm and it was always a ⁷⁄₁₀ chance they’d be out of mostly everything: Glazed, nope. Chocolate, nope. Munchkins, nope. Bowties?!! Puh-​leaze!!! This place should be called dunkin donutLESS. If I owned this business, I’d be wondering why the sales are so low or stop completely when the store should be open.
I have asked several times why they don’t ever have any donuts. Today, I finally got a sufficient answer. They order a certain amount and that’s all they have for the day. So in other words, terrible management, please shut down or get a new manager, or maybe even i dont know, some donuts? My babies love Munchkin donuts as treats and you never have any. :-/

It’s a shame West pines doesn’t have a proper coffee shop. This Dunkin is a joke. The manager and the staff are serious Haters! They either are deaf or they intentionally make you repeat the order 15 tines in drive through. After all the hustle you get a different order. And they eye ball you for the trouble they cause. Their lines don’t move because they don’t pay attention. Their focus is not customer service! Their focus is winning fights with customers. Fire the manager or let’s fire this shop out of the neighborhood

This dunkin can use a lot of staffing changes. The one manager I encountered was so unprofessional. First of all texting. Secondly, I was in the drive thru when I ordered my Caramel Latte. I tasted it before driving off and it was just plain coffee, no sugar or caramel flavoring. I gave it back and asked if she could add the flavor and she said I AM NOT EVEN LYING «C’mon mama I need to move my line». I looked at her BEWILDERED. Your line would move if you got it right the first time!

Their customer service is seriously a joke! I use to go here everyday before work but for the past few weeks I’ve been dealing with this super rude girl at the drive thru and today was the last straw. She’s always rude but today she was disrespectful and I’m not having it. I’ll be taking the extra time to drive to Starbucks.

Terrible slow service. I went for 3 black coffees at 2:30 in the afternoon. There was NO Other customers and I had to wait 10 minutes for my coffee after I ordered. Donut selection was also very limited.

Coffee is always hot and fresh, if it doesn’t come out how you like it just let them know and they’ll work their magic.
Look for the DD coupons that come in the mail from time to time.

Terrible service. There was no line but I waited 10 minutes until they asked what I wanted. In the middle of filling my order left for drive thru order. I left without my order to go to a Customer oriented business.

Always make my coffee right always have my everything bagel place is clean always great service. Drive thru is awesome as well.

Really dirty. Garbage can usually overflowing with garbage. Which attracted all the flies that are in that place… My croissant sandwich was so burnt it was hard as a rock. Staff is young and rude. Bad language and unprofessional. Place never used to be like this…

This isn’t a real location! I’m assuming it is a double. The actual location is right off SR84.

The doughnuts are never fresh and the coffee always tastes burnt. The staff is very nice but the quality of the product is below expectations. It’s a convenient location for me so I’ve given it many chances and it’s the same story every time. Just go to Publix and buy a doughnut from the bakery and grab free coffee on the way out.

It’s Dunkin Donuts… It’s like the other 80 million around, blah blah blah. What can you actually say?
Really though, every single time I go they are either out of chicken or biscuits. THIS PLACE IS RIGHT BY MY WORK, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY CHICKEN BISCUIT FIX? Get your act together DD, or hire a competent manager.
Gave an extra star because the staff here has always been cool and when I go for just donuts it’s been rockin.

Best Dunkin around! The staff is the best. They know what coffee I drink and are always happy to see me. They have a great variety of donuts and never run out. Plenty of parking. They make ordering donuts and coffee for functions extremely easy and efficient. All around my preferred coffee place. I drive out of my way to go to this dunkin for the service instead of going to one closer to me.

Average staff. Expected coffee most of the time. It is always packed. This location need to redesign their store. They have 4 tables for about 20 people and the line is out the door sometimes. Their donuts selection is outstanding as it should be at dunkin donuts. IF YOU GET THE CHANCE. Try the Jamocha Almond fudge coffee seriously it takes like snozberries. I mean Jamocha Almond fudge… I was slurping the ice at the bottom of the cup and I found myself glancing at my mother-in-law’s cup which also had Jamocha Almond fudge flavored coffee…, …exactly. I was addicted!

Very conveniently located! Although you must make a U turn if coming from the West.
They have a drive-​thru which makes it extra convenient and the service is nice!
Tried a bacon and egg wrap which was new to me. It was good and light, perfect before my workout and had their coffee which I’ve always been a fan of.
Gave them 3 stars only because I haven’t been inside yet so that’s unknown territory for me at this point…

Hmm… Where do I start? I wanted to give you 3 stars, BUT…
So we stop by at this location and it was PACKED! The workers were taking their sweet little time (like us folks have no where to go). It took about a good 10 minutes before we got to the front of the cashier. I pointed out to the lady at the cashier that I wanted the Pumpkin Spice Frap and we wanted half a dozen of donuts. As I waited for my Frap, she hands me a drink that I clearly did not order. She handed me my drink, and I asked her where was the Whipped Cream at? So I handed the drink back to her. So after she” fixed by drink”, we were on our way out the door.
I was beyond DISAPPOINTED! Not only did she mess up the first time with my drink, she had messed it up again! She gave me a regular iced coffee drink and not my PUMPKIN SPICE Frap! So for that I thought about giving you 3 stars I decided to give you 1!
I will just stick with Starbucks! They never seem to disappoint me.

I went here on a saturday night around 8:30 pm and this place is closed! The cashier is completely looking at me as he’s mopping the floor and doesn’t open the door, when the «open» sign is clearly outside the shop. Definitely did not get my donut fix that night and i was not a happy camper!
