Simple order placed with a food allergy request. Unfortunately they couldn’t get it right. The Greek salad was just ok, but its onion heavy and the Greek dressing is pink. I guess it’s a mixture of several sauces?. I’d rather drive an extra 3 miles to kapellis. Service is great there and I’ve never had a messed up order.

Great location on route 3. My second time here and I love everything so far. I’ve had the Sausage Parm and Chicken Breast Parm… delicious!

Great food, good sized portions and if you eat in, they’ve got a great small town atmosphere.

I’ve always had good luck with ordering from Chief’s pizza. The food is good and the service is great. I absolutely love the Buffalo chicken calzone made with grilled chicken with no marinara sauce. I strongly suggest if you are in the Penacook area that you eat here, if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat.

One of those places where you always leave happy. Best pizza in Concord area. Crust is crispy and toppings fresh. Not greasy. I have had subs and seafood plates. I am never disappointed. Great place!

Pretty good pizza. Kinda costly considering the size… I asked for it to be cooked extra crispy and it was cooks much more better than when they cook it normal…

I live within walking distance of Chief’s, and have been there quite a few times. They have some of the best pizza I’ve ever had, and it reheats better than any pizza I’ve ever had. Their heavy-meat pizzas like bacon or sausage are very VERY meaty, so hold on to your gall bladder.

We go to Chief’s Place on a fairly regular basis as we live pretty close to it. The food is always great. We’ve never had an issue there. I only like roast beef if it is tender and shaved with no chewiness to it. This place has great roast beef just like any other restaurant that specializes in it. So, if you like a great roast beef sub, this is one place you will not be disappointed in. I happen to like Greek style pizza and their pizza is really good too.

The restaurant is a little far away from the highway, but worth the drive. Great pizza and a very family friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend the onion rings. The wait was a little long(20 min), but you won’t be disappointed.

Always a good place to visit when I am in New Hampshire. The sauce they use for sandwiches and pizza is unusual but tasty-slightly sweet and chunky. I’ve had the meatball and chicken parm subs which are excellent. Not a big fan of the Greek pizza though. Reasonably priced and large portions

My family used to have a Friday night take out night and always order from Chief’s. We haven’t done that in months because we were disappointed with the food the last few times we ordered. It isn’t nearly as good as it was up until a few years ago. The food was always soggy or overcooked– no happy medium. And, they got our orders wrong the last couple of times.

Chiefs Place is a popular casual family owned and operated pizza restaurant located in Penacook Village. It’s very hard to miss with its bright blue awning outside. My boss raves that Chiefs Place makes the best pizza in this area. The prices are pretty reasonable and the menu offerings include homestyle pizza(baked in a pan), calzones, subs, seafood, steak, chicken, pasta, salads, homemade soups, sides, and chilled desserts(pies, tiramisu & baklava). They offer both Coke and Pepsi products from the respective coolers plus 12 kinds of bottled beers, 2 draft beers, Smirnoff & wine too. Lunch and dinner specials are posted in the dining room. See the menu at This restaurant is order & pay at the counter with booth and table seating in the comfortable dining room. The staff will call your number when your order is ready to be picked up at the counter. The jukebox in the dining room plays100 CDs from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s including B-52s, Madonna, and Ace of Base– I saw the sign…(my buddy’s folks love Ace of Base!) I made recent visits to Chiefs Place, for dine-in and takeout. I stopped here for dinner after work and arrived here around 4:40PM. The place is quite busy for a Monday night with a short line at the counter for dine-in and takeout orders. I ordered the Homemade Lasagna Special($ 7.75 plus tax) which was served with a side salad and garlic bread. The food was ready in under 10 minutes, number called out over PA system. The dish was very hot. The lasagna itself was not a thick slice which had about 6 layers of firm noodles, cheeses, ground meat, and topped with lots of homemade tomato sauce and melted mozzarella. The sauce was very good which had a nice sweet taste with good flavors overall. The salad was simple and fresh with iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, shredded carrots, green peppers, & onions, creamy bleu cheese dressing on the side. The garlic bread was crusty and buttery. On the recommendation from my boss, I also ordered a Large 16″ Eggplant Pizza($ 11.20 plus tax) for takeout. The pizza was very good, which had a tasty firm homestyle crust, crisp on the outside, baked with good amounts of sauce, cheese, and fried eggplant. This is definitely one of the better pizzas I’ve had in the Concord area, though not the NY style pizza I’m accustomed to. I am not writing this because the boss reads my Unilocal reviews, hehe. Each slice of eggplant pizza was pretty filling and I had plenty of extra pizza for lunch and dinner for the next day. CLOSED on Sundays
