If you’ve never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts before, that’s your loss. For a national chain, they are serving up a very good product. While vacationing(RV’ing) in Pensacola, Florida, I woke up early one morning. Since everyone was still asleep, I opted to Unilocal out the closest donut shop and go pick up a dozen for the family. Upon my arrival, I was impressed with how clean the parking lot and drive thru were and this«clean theme» was also evident inside as well. The staff was super friendly(New Orleans please take note) and the selection was very impressive. I simply got an assorted dozen for the family(8 glazed, 2 chocolate glazed &2 glazed jelly) but treated myself to a large coffee and three sour cream donuts. Yeah you heard me right, I ate three donuts, and polished them off like they were donut holes. The sour cream donuts were awesome, and I am very particular about these donuts as they are my favorites. After a 10 minute ride back to the RV, I popped them in the microwave for 15 seconds and was rewarded with a sugary bliss. Kudos for Dunkin’ serving up some mighty fine coffee too. However, I let them put the cream in my coffee and should have done it myself, as it as was nearly as milky as a cup from Café Du Monde in the New Orleans French Quarter. My wife ate the glazed jelly, took one bite and said it was a «no-go». I took a bite and completely agree that the glazed jelly donuts, at least at this location, need a little refining. The jelly was very synthetic tasting and there was not nearly enough. Also, the dough had a funny consistency. It needed to be more like a glazed donut, but was fluffier. It just didn’t work for me. However, this is but a minor gripe on an overall good experience.

This place is clean and the donuts are good. My mom says that hers were tasteless and bland. They fit her description of ‘donut’ and that’s it. Nothing she would pull over for again. Midway through ordering our donuts, the guy forgot what we had just said and we started again. We also ordered sugar free vanilla iced coffees. When we went to pick up our coffees they were not sugar free. The lady was nice about remaking them. When we sat down and tried them there was no flavoring in them at all. When we opened the box to eat our donuts the boy had given us the wrong donuts. We had already spent too much time in there ordering and reordering so we ate what was in the box and left. If you stop here I hope you enjoy your mystery order.

I have visited many Dunkin’ Donuts but this particular location stands out as it was very clean and the employees were very welcoming. It was a perfect stop on this July day for a great cup of Iced coffee. The iced coffee was on point, it was very refreshing, and the lemon filled donut I ordered was very fresh. My buddy ordered a Boston cream filled donut he said it was very delicious. I would definitely recommend you coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts if you’re in the area and are looking for a great location to get some coffee and dessert this is the spot. The restrooms are also worth mentioning they were very clean almost spotless. Overall very happy to spend my money there.

Very poorly ran business. I ordered a coffee and a plain bagel. It took almost 15 minutes to get my bagel. The staff did not look like they knew what was going on either.
