Good location in downtown. I haven’t tried any of the other trailers so I don’t know about them. This one is pretty good and now that the weather is nice it’s even better.

Got the smoke chicken sandwich and my mom got the smoked chix platter w/​coleslaw. and it was excellent. I don’t usually like BBQ sauce on my smoked chicken but the sauce here is so good. Mouth watering, tender smoked chicken with BBQ sauce. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for BBQ. The coleslaw was excellent too.

Got the southern pulled pork sandwich. Flavors were balanced. Many places receive 4 – 5 stars just because have lots of cheese, butter and salt! This places does it right.

Absolutely THE BEST BBQ in Pensacola! The brisket on Texas toast is amazing! Coleslaw is awesomeness too! Not to mention the great atmosphere!

In Pensacola, this is the best BBQ I’ve found. Everywhere else seems to have such dry or rubbery brisket. Here, it was nice and tender. The pork sandwich was also pretty awesome. I know I’ll never find BBQ as good as it was in Texas in Pensacola, but this little trailer is leading the game.

DELICIOUS. First time here & it’s so good, why didn’t I stop here all the other times I passed this place?! The food is very good, service is good, refills on drinks are free. Barely any wait time & the seating is lovely at night. It’s outdoors with umbrellas & string lighting overhead with good music. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fried pickles. Very good, & good sweet tea! Check this place out! My meal was just under $ 10.

The food was okay, but I’ve had better. It was slightly overpriced as well. At least it was better than Sonny’s BBQ located on Navy Blvd.

They were out of brisket so I got the BBQ sliders, 2 chicken and 2 pork and baked beans as a side. The chicken was dry and not really seasoned. The pork was quite good with the sweet BBQ sauce which is why I gave them 4 stars. They went the extra step to toast the buns which gave the sliders a nice crunch. The baked beans tasted like they came right out if a can though.

I went to Gunshot BBQ this week and the pitmaster was on site and did a great job. I had the brisket and it was tender and excellent. My wife had the Pork Sliders with coleslaw on top and she thought they were perfect. They were out of a few items but we were pleased with what they did have.

Another «food truck» treat from downtown. I ordered a full rack of ribs with a tangy/​spicy bbq with corn and fried okra as sides. The rack was HUGE and the sides were plentiful. I ended up making three meals from the dish, alone. Standard bbq fare that is pretty good. The only negative I have to say about the experience is my ribs were a little overcooked, so much so that they fell off the bone when I picked up a couple of the ribs. Still really tasty, just wasn’t quite up to par. I will definitely come back and see if they have made any improvements or if maybe a different chef will yield different rib results.
