My third time coming to this lil «Establishment» during business hours and I use that term loosely, and they’re closed! How do you run a business that’s never open? How do you advertise something that’s never open? They never answer their phones so I’m just going to assume they went out of business & are shut down.

Their new location out on the Palafox pier is gorgeous! The service was also phenomenal. Very nice staff and all smiles!
Though very nice, the location was just a bit difficult to spot. It’s easy to mistake for an ice cream parlor or a different business at first glance.
As for the food, we enjoyed the ¹⁄₃ slab rib basket with the BBQ fried rice. We also had their BBQ spring rolls. The ribs are fantastic… very tender and fall right off the bone. They have a regular sauce and a spicy sauce. Both were good, but be advised, even the regular sauce has some kick to it. The price for the portion is just a bit steep, but this is to be expected for such a venue.
The BBQ fried rice was also very good. A generous amount of pulled pork sits atop the bed of fried rice, which we enjoyed. The rice itself was just a bit cold, however. It likely would have been better were it hot and fresh.
Finally, the spring rolls are a definite winner. They contain the same delicious pulled pork as the fried rice and are served with a great BBQ sauce for dipping.
They also serve Hershey’s Ice Cream if you want something sweet.
Overall, I highly recommend this establishment if you want some good BBQ with a nice view of the ocean. They are military friendly and offer a 10% discount for military members. Go check them out.

They did not disappoint! Ribs are falling off the bone and the egg rolls are amazing! Very friendly gentleman working hard and the line was getting long after we left!

I’m a restaurant manager and personal chef that’s been in fine dining for 15 years in places like Austin, Houston, and Sandestin/​30-​A— and i am flabbergasted by how good Barbasian is. You MUST get these two things: rack of baby back ribs, and as many smoked pork-​infused eggrolls as you can afford.

If you haven’t tried this awesome food yet you are truly missing out! Fair prices and amazing taste. Very friendly owner to top it off. Would recommend to anyone

I use to go to Tu-​Do to get pork egg rolls but these are even better! Loved the ribs too. Great place for lunch and for catering. I’m putting in an order of egg rolls to take to a Christmas party this week. They will be a big hit!
