I’m surprised at the bad reviews. To the person who mentioned being on a wait but there being empty tables, there may not have been enough servers on to cover them. Anyways. It’s never too packed when we go, we love most of the food and seriously the main reason we go is because we love Tracey!

The last time I ate here was 11/18/2012. This Restaurant has changed and most assuredly for the worst. We had a 4 party social tonight and the experience was not good. 25 minute wait with over 18 empty booths and tables on a Sunday Night. Once seated we waited 10 minutes for Service. 20 minutes later we had Yeast Rolls. 25 minutes later we had cold steaks, cold lobster, no clarified butter for the lobster, cold shrimp, over cooked asparagus, and excellent roasted peanuts. When the clarified butter was delivered it was cold??? Prices have gone up. The tab with only 1 beer was just under $ 100. No Desserts. Quality has suffered immensely. Service was overworked but very friendly and professional given the circumstances. None of us plan on returning… ever. There really are much better places to get a good HOT Steak and HOT Lobster Tails.

The server was very nice. Little traffic so no wait for seating or food. I had the filet with 5 pepper rub and peppercorn sauce and is was amazing. Perfectly cooked and awesome taste profile. Wife had ribeye and first one came out well overcooked. 2nd one came out well underdone.

. We are here visiting from San Antonio, TX. for our daughter’s Naval Training graduation & came here after a bad experience at Flounders. When we arrived it was close to 9pm and it wasn’t terribly busy. So with that being said. The hostess was super friendly, we were sat where we wanted to sit(the bar as baseball & golf were on) and our server was awesome. I don’t recall his name but he had a beard was super friendly, polite and kind. The food was good, hot and on point. All I know is I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Logan’s for making us Texans feel at home.

Well, don’t go there for the steak. I got a ribeye that I’m pretty sure was a flank steak. All the food was extremely over salted over peppered. Just not very good food. I wish I had got the kids steak tips meal. It was closer to an actual steak that anything else we ordered. Server disappeared after our food came to the point we had to go ask for our check.

The food was excellent!!! But the service was so so. We waited a while for our food and drinks… and waited a while to even get our seat. The bread is delicious and the steak was amazing! If we didn’t have to wait so long for the food, etc, I would have given it 5 stars!

I love their ribs, rolls, and grilled veggies. Very good!!! The hubby and I have tired a few other things and didn’t care for the stuff. Steak is not great. Service is good. Everyone is always nice.

Not bad for your cookie cutter, chain steakhouse. My steak was too well done for my liking, as I had requested medium well. I’d probably go back, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

If you’re in the mood for excellent food and fantastic service come to Logan’s roadhouse and Pensacola, fast fresh and delicious from the states to the chicken to the shrimp and the ribs everything here on their menu is awesome, if you’re able to sit in Nikki section you’re sure to get excellent service she’s fast quick and very friendly and it’s like she can read your mind should bring stuff to the table before you even have to ask for it, put a fork in us because were super full, reasonably priced without having to cook come on down to the roadhouse Logans that is. If you at least 21 years of age you must try the four different Tea samplers they are the best. And for those of you hon one nonalcoholic drinkers you must try the raspberry tea it comes in a mason jar and it is to die for.

My Dad had to go to Pensacola for a business trip and my sister and I went along. After a not-so-good restaurant experience we landed here. AWESOMEPLACE! Great food. We had an excellent server. It was relaxing and very enjoyable. The prices were really really good! The specials were fantastic. Two full entrees for 14.99 and happy hour from 3 – 6. I will definitely be coming back to a Logan’s Roadhouse.

This is a great bang for the buck restaurant. I often get the two for $ 14 special; pay the additional $ 2 and get the steak. My steaks are almost always good; tender enough. The vegetables skewers are the best; I almost always get them. But I have sample most of their sides and they are all good. If you get a Caesar salad, recommend getting the dressing on the side. Either they put too much on it or the dressing is really strong. And the rolls, if nice, hot, and brown, are almost as good as Krispy Kreme donuts. Negative: For some reason the management likes to play the music really loud. It is actually quitter in the bar area. The last two times I have been there, I have ordered my steak medium-rare and received them medium to medium-well.

Greeted at the door by server(it wasnt packed full) on a saturday evening. The bread was hot and straight from the over… tasted wonderful. The butter literally melted onnits own when I applied it. Ordered Ribs with Mac and say potato fries. Ribs were cooked well and flavors right. Not completely falling off the bone type but they came off the bone with little effort… maybe slightly overcooked on the outside. Steak was med rare and was cooked perfectly. The food took less than 5 minutes to come out. We barely bit into the sampler apetizer. The vegatable kabob that came with it was amazing. The specialty onion was not that great… but maybe its just our tastes didnt agree. Service was good. Out drinks were always half full and the table rarely had the clutter of empty plates.

Get the prime rib, rare. Thank me later. I would give five stars if they had better horseradish, theirs is just a creamy sauce with almost no discernible heat. Still a great prime rib nonetheless.

This place is ok… Its a nice place to go when your tired of making your own delicious steak’s at home and you want a good piece of chicken and some delicious and warm rolls. That’s about all I like here The steaks are ok but definitely better steaks at home. The service is hit or miss, and last time we went it was miserable how long everything took at 4:30 on a weekday when there was not that many people there. But yeah, this place is what you’d expect from a chain steakhouse that probably uses frozen steaks.

The service is always great, the food is standard corporate steakhouse/BBQ joint fare. I usually opt for the grilled meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy. During happy hour, there are 2-for-1 draft beers and wines. The bartenders are uniformly speedy. And cute. I think that’s the only reason that I go to Logan’s, really.
