Buffalo Wild Wings

The manager Jamie (red head) is the worst ever. Terrible personel hygiene and very rude. She had no customer service skills and makes me regret coming here every time. The only reason I still do is because the great servers (Lacoste and a few others) make up for her poor skills as a human being she would be much better for a role in the kitchen or Night shift at Walmart. Maybe if a more friendly person was in charge you would not have a average so damn low.

It’s just sad.
I’m thinking next time I trust Unilocal.
I had the Caribbean Jerk and Blazin wings. As you can see from the photo they were not the most beefy I’ve had in my lifetime.
The Blazin wings just weren’t that hot. The one’s I had in DC left a mark – if you know what I mean! These just weren’t in the same class. I didn’t even finish them.
The waitress wasn’t horrible, it just seemed like I was an inconvenience.

Just don’t. Horrible service. FILTHY bar. The coked out bartender decided to suck on her dumdum lollipop and disappear than do her side work or God forbid pay attention to her customers. Oh did I mention we were sitting there waiting for another beer while she was on her cell phone? No big deal. We’re just paying customers. Facebook is more important. Horrible HORRIBLE service. We decided to get wings… They came out cold. (I should have started with it was four people total in the restaurant so no, they weren’t slammed.) the server went back to exchange them for more and I declined. Just save your time and money and avoid this establishment.

I visited on a Tuesday for 65 cent wings. It was a pretty slow night the wings were good, the TVs had plenty of games on, and there was also some trivia.
Yet the service was slow, tried multiple time to order a drink and was ignored, so customer service was lacking. So overall it was nothing special just same old BDubs.

Just had the worst experience here. They were slammed and it took over 1.25 hours to get our food and the worst part was that our food was cold so it was obviously sitting there and our server never came to update us. Do not go — cold food and cruddy service

My experience at this restaurant the worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had and I have been to quite a few. Actually, It was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. My husband and I went on a Sunday to watch football. We ordered one large wings and a side of fries. We waited 50 minutes to get our wings. When I asked the waitress how much longer, she was very snooty, didn’t apologize or show any signs of apology and rolled her eyes. During that 50 minutes we watched our waitress, who never gave her name, give our wings to another table, go back over and grab them and take them to the back. She then came back to us saying that our wings were number three in line to be finished. When we finally got our wings they were almost cold, as if she had grabbed the wings off of the wrong table, put them in the back and then gave them to us. I then told a different waiter about the cold wings because our waitress was no where to be found. Luckily, this man was very nice and put our wings on rush. The manager ran the new, piping hot wings out to us and said he would comp them. (Still no fries). So I asked the waitress if we had forgotten to order fries (trying to bring it up without making her feel bad) and she was very defensive said no! You never ordered fries! So I said then we’ll get a side of fries. She came back with fries saying oh, by the way, you did order fries they just never got brought out. When we got our bill we were still charged for the wings. Mind you, all we wanted was fresh, hot wings. However, if a manager promises you comped wings, they should comp them. After 3 minutes of our waitress arguing with us about the un-​comped wings, she rolled her eyes and said she would check with the manager. She came back and slammed the check down and said «here» as she walked away. I had such a terrible time that I created this Unilocal account just to write this review. My husband and I are never going back.

Came here about an hour and fourty five minites ago and just got seated. Thankfully, I had asked the hubby to go and check up on our wait status. Apparently, they had skipped his name and sitted about 15 groups after us. So, in the end, I plan on not coming back here for at least a good while. Not a good experience!

Came her on fight night for UFC194. Waited patiently for 1 hour for seating then went to the hostess table to make sure we weren’t forgotten just to discovet my name had been passed over about 15 times.

I always anticipate a wait at this restaurant so I allow for a little extra time. I think some of the other reviews were spot on by stating the wait was horrible for not such a busy time. I will say my wings were cold and not sauced consistently, some didn’t even have sauce on them. The taste of the sauce is very good and I’m sure the flavor is what brings in alot of people. I got a mac n cheese for my 2 yr old and it was so hot I couldn’t touch the paper container it came in but the fries where cold that came with it. I ordered a orange type sangria and it was basically a mimosa, orange juice and wine mixed together. I asked about it because the drink description said nothing about orange juice and the waitress took the drink menu and never brought it back and said that was how it was supposed to be. Weird! Just say you messed up lol what’s the big deal. I would say the flavor was good but the inconsistency of the food (hot and cold) paired with sub par service and horrible wait times makes this place somewhere only young twenty somethings and sports fans who don’t have anywhere else to go might tolerate. So sad!

Decent wings, but very long wait at a not very busy hour. Not impressed with the customer service at all, she’d put our food on the table and walk right away without asking if we needed anything else and not once made eye contact

Good vibe, games were on but on a Sunday they were showing a couple of baseball games. Not even local florida teams. This was a bummer due to the tvs they chose to use would have made for better football viewing. Also the wings were not the best I have had a BWW. Seemed like they may have sat for a minute. Service was good and adequate for a Sunday. No shortage of waitresses. Overall not a bad experience just a experience.

I have ate at my share of BBWWs so I’m sure the food would have been pretty much the same. Didn’t have any though. Sat down and waited for 10 minutes (yes I checked it) before the server even acknowledged my table and when he did he said «I’ll be right with you» and basically blew me off to handle another table which had just been sat. Just got up and left and found another nearby restaurant. After 10 hours on the road, wasn’t really in the mood to deal with bad service.

The worst wings I’ve ever paid for. Server was nice but I really think they should have paid us for that pathetic excuse of food they served our group. Will never go back to this or any other chain of theirs!

Service is absolutely terrible at this location!
I’ve been to this resturant probably 6 or 7 times in the last year and everytime I go I am continuously disappointed by how horrible the service is!
I went again tonight with a friend hoping that service would be a little bit better. Boy was I wrong. We ordered our drinks and the waitress brought them right out. When asked what we would like to order, we asked if we could have a few minutes to look over the menu. She did not return for 25 minutes. Keep in mind that they were NOT busy tonight and had 10+ wait staff walking the floor.
When she did finally return to take our orders, she told us our dinner would be out in just a few minutes… About 45 minutes later (we only ordered salads) she brought us our food. Call me crazy, but I dont think it should take over an hour to order two salads and two sodas.
I understand that kitchens get busy and things go wrong, its not always the server’s fault but this has been a continuous pattern for this restaurant. Service this poor makes me think that the management must be mediocre.
I will not be returning anytime soon.

We visit often for boneless Thursday’s or Wing Tuesday’s and sit in the bar area. This particular Thursday I didn’t want the big breaded boneless wings, so I decided to look at other options on the menu and decided to order the Grilled Chicken Buffalitos. Our waitress told me they were like chicken tacos — and they were! I was able to choose my own sauce to go inside my chicken tacos and I chose Honey BBQ and it came with a side of chips and salsa. The grilled chicken tacos with the choice of sauce was mouthwatering good. I will definitely be back again when the hubs wants to go for wings!

My wife & I visited your Pensacola location tonight. Upon being seated the host let us know — — - — - would be taking care of us. — - — - — never came! The restaurant was not busy at all and no other servers bothered to come check on us either! 5 – 10 minutes went by and we decided to let the MOD know we went un-​greated while watching 5 or 6 other servers congregate around a sever station! He seemed very unsympathetic in his apology and did not bother asking us to stay! We felt as if he didn’t care. It will be awhile if at all before we return. It was too slow in there and as far as I’m concerned, the servers working as well as the Manager on duty were not focused on making money for themselves nor the establishment!

Loud, tacky, horrible food that’s just awfully prepared on top of just plain shitty recipes. Just awful. I had not come here in two years because of everything I listed. I decided to try again… and it still is the lowest of the pub fare chain restaurants. If you want fun decent priced pub fare… go to a pub, if you only have chain restaurants to pick from then go to Friday’s, Chili’s, Ale house or even McDonald’s. Just a horrid experience all around. My least favorite restaurant in Pensacola.

It’s exactly what you expect. The wings are good. The service is average for a family-​style sports bar. The screens are plentiful. There’s a bar, too. I don’t understand why anyone would give this place less than 4 stars.
Always ask for wings wet. Good specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Overall everything was great, split the Slammers with Pepper-​Jack cheese, got the Hot BBQ and Honey BBQ traditional wings, which all were good. Plenty of meat on the wings, and sauces were good, sliders were larger than expected so extra bonus. Ended with the Chocolate Fudge Cake and it was exactly what it sounds like, pure chocolate. Very good dessert if you want something rich and chocolatey.

The ultimate nacho were awful… Had some chili and vegetables on the top but that’s it… we ate that nacho several times before so we knew what did we order. When we asked the waitress to give them some extra chili and cheese, she came back with two little plastic cups… WTF
Luckily she didn’t charge for it :/
